23.01.2022 Last Drop IPA is back , brewed today with a load of malt and hops.To be expected on taps around mid November. Also coming soon more Sour Cherry Ale and towards the end of the year NEIPA.

21.01.2022 Soon we are rolling out Last Drop Red Ale 4.8% ABV . Hopped and dry hopped with Chinook and Cascade hops this beer is dominated by a pine aroma, but it is also resiny, spicy and earthy. Flavor profile shows fruit ,caramel and biscuit malt. Bitterness is approximately at 60 IBU's. This beer will eventually replace IPA that is currently poured at Last Drop outlets. Cheers. 18.01.2022 A limited batch of Last Drop IPA 6.4% is ready to go to. This time we also used Mosaic hops together with Citra. As we were kegging the beer, the smell of hops was absolutely incredible and hanging around the brewery whole morning LD Canning Vale has already grabed some with others following soon.

03.01.2022 This burger was the most delicious burger i have had for a while. It really made my day today after long day at work, and yes Steve i had a block of Lasagne for breakfast ! I do not usually brag about our venues but the chefs from Last Drop Elizabethan just did an awesome job and that deserves mentioning!
