23.01.2022 Good afternoon Everyone. WOW is all I can say, I did not expect such a huge response in October. Thank you all for your loyalty, you guys are awesome and make it so worth our time, energy and effort. PLEASE WHEN MAKING YOUR BOOKING ITS IMPORTANT TO ANSWER THE FIRST QUESTION 'HOW MANY CHILDREN' There is a drop down box and if you change it to 3 kids you will be able to add 3 kids, if you don't change it(It's default is 1) you won't have space to add any other children. This ha...s taken up most of my day, so please remember to change it. I have been inundated with emails and inboxes, I'm trying my best to get back to you all soon. If October is anything to go by, November and December bookings will go faster than ever before. If you can get it done early please do, don't risk having to fight for a spot in the crazy months. All our Santa's are amazing, so it shouldn't matter who you choose, because no matter what, we all have the same goal in mind. 21.01.2022 Good Morning Everyone. Our December bookings are now open and spots are filling fast. To make your booking go to our website www.lmphotos.com.au Click on the red box that says December bookings open tomorrow (will change to click here for December bookings sometime today) Then either click on Santa Photos or Sensitive Santa. Then click on the book now button and please read the terms and conditions and then you will come to the booking calendar. On top of the calendar is a q...uestion that says ENTER NUMBER OF CHILDREN. click on this box if you have more than 1 child. Then pick your date and time. Fill out all info and make sure you tick the YES I would like to win a home visit from Santa and his helper on Christmas Day. a $27.50 deposit is required and $25 will be deducted from your USB price on the day of photography. 19.01.2022 Good Morning Everyone, Only 1 more sleep until we start our photo's at Santa's Hideaway Bringelly. For those of you traveling from Penrith direction, please be aware the roads have changed. You can no longer turn right into Dwyer rd. When you reach the IGA at luddenham you need to turn right at the set of lights. You will then need to pass 2 sets of lights, at the 3rd set of lights (Mersey road) you need to do a U turn and then turn first left into Dwyer rd. We are approxim...ately 2 kms on your right (You will see Santa's Hideaway and Lasting Memories flags). When you arrive, please text that you are here with your surname car colour and number plate. (Phone number to text is displayed in car park). Whilst you are waiting for someone to come and get you, can you please check in on the QR code that is at the door. If you have any props you would like us to use please bring them, especially face masks. We will try our best to get you as many backdrops as possible, however this will depend on your children. 18.01.2022 Good afternoon Everyone. I know alot of people have missed out on Santa photo's at the Hideaway this year. We will hopefully be opening another 20 spots on Tuesday 15th Dec, I just need time to go through the calendars and double check ages before opening spots. I have been asked numerous times if we could do a few days in January. I have never done this before and I'm not sure how or if it will work, so what I'm asking is how many of you would come early January. We will need to know 1 present that each child received of Santa when making your booking, and we need a rough idea of how many of you would come to know how many days we would need to work and if it would be feasible for us. 15.01.2022 Hello everyone. I really wanted to surprise you all, however so many people want to know how we are doing covid safe photos and what backgrounds we are offering. So today Santa Glenn stopped in for a visit and so did my family. We took some test shots and it was so much fun. There are so many poses we can do, even keeping the distance. Here are a few examples. Please keep in mind that we have 4 different backgrounds, but depending on your children will depend on what we can actually get. 14.01.2022 Only 1 more sleep to go, until our October bookings open. Please remember that when you arrive at the Hideaway you must text 0455982335 with your surname, colour of car and number plate. Mum or dad please approach the door with your mobile and scan the qr code. Whilst you are waiting in your car for our staff member to invite you in, please enter your details into the register. When it is your turn a staff member will come and get you. When you enter, everyone's temperature will be checked and hand sanitizer supplied. Looking forward to seeing you all soon

13.01.2022 Good afternoon Everyone. I am finding it very hard to go through all the voice mail and text messages on my mobile 0414596674. If you have left a voice mail or text message on this number please send an email. It seriously is near impossible for me to go to through it and work it out. There are over 60 voicemails and 70 texts. Unfortunately if you do not send an email you will not hear back from us. I'm so sorry but it's just to hard...Barbara

10.01.2022 Good Evening everyone. Only 1 more sleep until our December bookings will open. Tomorrow 24th November you need to go to our website www.lmphotos.com.au to make your booking. When making your booking please use the drop down menu on the first question asking how many children. If you don't find boxes for each child it means you missed the question, so please add the children's names and ages to the notes box. We are only opening 95% of bookings, the reason for this is if we ...have to reschedule due to sickness we will have somewhere to reschedule people. Please note that you can only reschedule if you have a medical certificate or negative covid test. By keeping 5% of spots unavailable it will also mean that we will be able to open up spots every couple of days, so if you miss out keep an eye on fb for these openings or cancellations. As mentioned in the past we can not advertise a time for opening bookings as this crashes our servers, so you will just have to check throughout the day. Looking forward to seeing you all soon. 09.01.2022 Hi Everyone, I'm really sad that I even need to post this. This morning we had sensitive santa sessions and it is very disappointing, that we had 3 families did not show up or even call us to let us know they were not coming. It's very inconsiderate as we all know these sensitive spots are limited and other people out there have missed out that really needed them. Most of you do the right thing and let us know that you can not make it, which lets us fill the spot with someone else. Unfortunately this has happened many times this year, so all I am asking is that for whatever reason you can not make your appointment please let us know. Thank you from Barbara

08.01.2022 Hi Everyone, just letting you all know that we will not be taking Santa photo's in January. We do appologise for any one that has missed out. Next year we will open bookings early September and start taking photo's late September. Every one that has had there photo's done with us this year are in the draw for a home visit from Santa on Christmas day. The winner will be drawn and announced on the 24th Dec at 2pm. 07.01.2022 Hi Everyone. Just a few things I'd like to tell you. Firstly if you are bringing back one of our old USB's please make sure you have backed up your old photo's. Also please check facebook regularly when coming for your photo's because if for whatever reason we fall more than 10minutes behind we will post on fb that we are running behind, and tell you exactly how many minutes behind. 02.01.2022 Good Morning Everyone. For those of you that have already booked, Thank you. Thank you for your loyalty, your trust in us and thank you for booking so early. I just wanted to let those of you know, who are still thinking about booking in October that we have a few available spots with Santa Ray on Saturday 10th October. If you have older children or have visited Santa Ray at Glenmore Park it would be wise to get your photo's done early, and avoid trying to get spots in November and December. Hope everyone has a great day, Only 2 more sleeps until we start taking our Santa photo's. Can not wait to see you all.

02.01.2022 Good Evening Everyone. Here are some examples of a 3 month old baby. Newborns up to 5 weeks are easy to do because they will lay down and normally not get upset, therefore we can lay them in boxes lay them on the chair and on pillows. from 6 weeks to 4 months they are more difficult as they don't like laying flat and they do not have the head control needed to sit up on their own (this is why I chose a 3 month old as an example) From 4 months and up they normally have good he...ad control and we can sit them in crates and boxes, and if they are good on their tummy's we can take them like that as well. I have got lots of pillow covers and material so everything can be sanitized, however we do ask that you bring your own thin blanket or piece of material so we can use to lay babies on or prop up in boxes. 01.01.2022 Hi Everyone As you all know we had our valued customers in mind when we opted to allow you to choose not only a specific day and time, but your preferred Santa too. Little did we know that the logistics behind scheduling bookings, Santa, staff etc has been incredibly difficult. We have spent the last 2 days working on the October bookings. Once we start taking photos on the weekend we will not have the man hours to continue working on bookings as they are now. So starting N...ovember the option to choose a particular Santa will NOT be available. We sincerely apologise and hope you can understand how busy we get, without adding a huge extra workload on top of that. All of our Santa's are amazing, look good, have great personalities and have your children's best interests at heart. We all want to offer you and your children a magical Christmas experience. We will leave October the way it is, so if you really want to pick your Santa now is the time to do it. Again, we sincerely apoligise for having to make this decision. It did not come easy.
