25.01.2022 We had the Beer Machine turned up to 11 all week and ol' Betsy hasn't disappointed! On opening the "Collect beer here" flap last night we found these two beauties staring back at us... after passing each through our Beer Analyser 2000 we've concluded with 85% certainty that Betsy has given us a 7.7% passion fruit, mango and maybe guava, barrel aged sour as well as a cheeky Kveik IPA... and what better way to enjoy these two new beers than accompanying them with some delicious Mexican inspired eats from our friends at Taco Taco...as always open from 2 with food from around 4...

24.01.2022 We've been reliably informed that today is Friday, so as part of our "Friday Series" of cellar doors we'll again be firing the taps and bringing the 'gentle liquid' to those lucky enough to wander through our front door...and today, joining us in our journey we have Chan Bao with their delicious bao, what more could anyone want!! 22.01.2022 Cellar door has been cracking the whip this week folks, apparently he's been unhappy with himself for allowing empty taps to appear in his beloved 'wall of beer'. So after much harassing, calling of names and a liberal dose of energy drink we've managed to fill all 12 taps with delicious beer and cider, including our Georgie Ella IPA, the last keg of the barrel aged stout as well as a new hazy pale from Ursa Minor... so come help us celebrate this afternoon along with Taco Taco and their Mexican inspired eats...open from 2 with food from around 4...

18.01.2022 Coop's Sweet Dreams XPA, the beer equivalent of the most lucid of dreams, well at least those centred on a desire for a tasty pale ale, is pouring today at cellar door. 17.01.2022 In a recent study, leading scienticians found the three most import things on planet earth are, in no particular order, dogs, feet and beer! 16.01.2022 In the wake of the emotional and physical toll suffered by our R&D Department during the development of our tomatillo and chipotle sour, this week it was left to IPA Bob from our 'Old School' Department to work his magic, and unsurprisingly he came up with a boozy, hoppy IPA called Killbot Factory to grace our taps - classic Bob!!...but if take-away is more your thang we've still got a few cartons of our limited release beers in stock...and for food we welcome back Kung Fu Canteen with their Asian inspired eats... so come on down from 2pm this afternoon and help us celebrate all that is good in the world IPA-style!!

16.01.2022 Crazy times call for a crazy beer, and they don't come any more crazy than our lockdown lager - Tasmanian Pilsner malt, simple hops, fermented cold and lagered in tank during lockdown...sheer madness!!! Unfortunately at this stage only available on tap from cellar door...And joining us this afternoon we have La Casa Pizza serving their delicious wood-fired goodness...open from 2pm today but sadly we won't be open Saturday so if you need to stock up then come on down...

16.01.2022 When we first had the idea of stacking two, full cans of beer on top of each other it seemed fanciful in the extreme! But, after much practice and building up of our core strength we have not only succeeded, but even think it may be possible, sometime in the future, to balance three!! So to celebrate we're releasing not one beer, but two at cellar door this afternoon...both IPAs, both boozy and delicious, one on tap and one in can. And to help wash these beauties down we have La Casa Wood Fired Pizza providing the eats as well as live music to keep you entertained...now just imagine what will happen if we manage to balance four cans!!

After years of painstaking research, field tests and internal reflection the noble goal of adding tomatillos and chipotles to a sour beer has been achieved, and the world will never be the same again! 13.01.2022 While working late last night I was startled by a loud knock on the door...unsure who would be dropping in at such an hour I cautiously peered outside, and there he was, dancing and jiggling around like he'd never left - ol' Raspberry Ginger was back!!! Apparently he was living life large around the world and then got caught up in a virus outbreak he didn't understand and it's taken him the last three months of bribing anyone and everyone with his sweet, raspberry goodness to get his way home...so come on down this afternoon and say g'day to an old friend as he takes up residence on our taps once again...and to help with the reunion we have La Casa Wood Fired Pizza providing their delicious pizza eats...as usual open from 2pm with food from around 4...ol' Raspberry wouldn't have it any other way...

09.01.2022 It's a little known fact that prior to their vaccination work, Oxford University was heavily involved in cutting edge research into the symbiotic effects of combining bao buns and sour beer...while the peer reviewed results are heavy reading and we don't profess to fully understand the complex interactions at play, the take-home results were that by combining the two, both work stress and hunger were reduced in a statistically significant 97.3% of cases...perfect then that today sees the release of our new hopped passionfruit sour as well as us welcoming Chan Bao to cellar door to supply us with their delicious bao buns...it's all so delightfully scientific! 04.01.2022 Being the trail blazers that we are we thought to ourselves, how can we push the boundaries of convention, break the chains of normality and forge a path to a better and more just world... using only our medium of choice - beer?? and then it struck us... what if, and bear with us here, we made a dark beer, and then, and this is the key point, released it in... wait for it...WINTER!!! absolute certified madness!!! Anyway tonight we have Taco Taco bringing the love while we’ve filled all our taps including our new cacao porter and smoked brown ale, both in tap and can form... it is also the last weekend of our ‘lockdown special’ so the perfect opportunity to stock up on the ol’ take away...as usual open from 2pm...
