We were greatly challenged in this moment, but are so glad in retrospect that we persevered and saw Latin American Rugby League become as big as it now is.

05.01.2022 Our deepest condolences to friends and family of Marcos Flegmann, a Mexican rugby league pioneer who has died age 30 after battling bone cancer for several years. Marcos won a USARL premiership with Boston 13s RLFC and dearly wanted to follow his stunning service for Mexico in rugby union by also representing the country in Rugby League. He had stayed in touch with Latin Heat for many years and it is with great sadness we receive this news.
