24.01.2022 To our loyal Latin Heart students and supporters. As you may be aware, one of our co-directors, Tony Lara, has decided to turn in his Brisbane dancing shoes and venture to sunny North Queensland. We wish him the best of luck! As such, our remaining director, Kelsy Luengen, has single-handedly taken on the reigns for Latin Heart. Our timetable will be released shortly, including our plans for the upcoming year! ... Given this change, we would like to note Latin Heart will be undergoing some minor changes to our class structures, branding and timetable. This is done with the best interest of our students in mind! We hope to bring classes, workshops and socials which provide greater collaboration with Brisbane dancers and artists, which will focus on goal setting and clear development of our students! 16.01.2022 These Stepping in Sequins routines start tonight at 10 Love st, Spring Hill! Join us at 6:30pm join for Salsa shines routine, followed by Bachata shines at 7:30pm. These routines are great for developing contra body movement, body isolations and control, fast footwork, arm coordination and styling, spins and turns technique, musicality plus gaining more confidence in your dancing! 07.01.2022 Casual coaching sessions for the upcoming competition season with my students! We sat down, discussed dance related goals, the skill sets they wanted to acquire and managed training and dance expectations. Everyones dance journey is different. These personalised sessions allowed us, both parties, to be on the same page and heading down the same path. Competitions arent necessarily about winning, theyre about setting personal goals and challenging yourself to be a better ...version of you. A trophy or medal at the end is a nice experience, but weve set so many more goals to smash What are your dance related goals for this competition season? #askingaquestion
