Role duties include; phone answering/reception, client liaison, insurance policy processing (new and renewals), claim processing, phone follow up (information/quotes), desktop processing work and general admin duties as required. This role has no direct insurance advisory, quoting, sales activities or people management responsibilities. Part time, 4 days per week up to 24 hours (school-friendly hours negotiable).
