09.01.2022 SCL-Global Logistics Pte Ltd has introduced a new tariff that was effective 1st of June. Also Cargo (per package) that exceeds weight of 2.5tons will be deemed as over-weight cargo and surcharges apply. Cargo (per package) that exceeds length of 6m will be deemed as long-length cargo and surcharges apply.

06.01.2022 Hamburg Sud wishes to advise the CSCL QINGDAO has suffered engine problems and is now anchored in Hong Kong undergoing urgent repairs. It is expected to take between five and six days to complete these repairs with the new sailing date being 20th / 21st June. All loaded southbound cargo will remain onboard whilst repairs are completed. For northbound bookings we will endeavour to transfer containers where possible to the available space on other services.

05.01.2022 With the recent decision by MAERSK to leave the OVSA (Oceania Vessel Sharing Agreement ) we can confirm that Hamburg Sud will be contributing an additional vessel to the PSW sling in order to ensure the current fixed day weekly frequency of our service to West Coast North America.... Accordingly, the JPO Scorpius v.326 N will be replaced by Cap Corrientes v.326 N in Sydney for the planned northbound voyage from Australia to West Coast North America. The forward sailing schedule will reflect these changes. Our Customer Service Team will amend current bookings to the correct vessel.
