24.01.2022 Here is a few internal photos from our current new build in Ulverstone.

23.01.2022 Pretty mixed week...... with some framework on a small extension, we built some steps out of recycled railway sleepers, for a deck we built a few months ago. The brickwork is going up on the unit project with the plasters also starting to trowel out. Cladding to follow next week.

21.01.2022 Great to see some plaster at the finish stages.... moisture sealer being applied for the preparation of the hardwood flooring next week... and waterproofing coats being applied ready for tilers. All the chips start to fall into place from here on in! We cant wait to see this beauty come to life!

20.01.2022 A gorgeous bathroom filled with natural light! Using an opening VELUX window is such a great way to maintain ventilation and beautiful light into this space, while maximising the layout and impact on a smaller room.

20.01.2022 We have our trusses arrived for our Gunns Plains job.... we managed to get a start on them before the rain has spoiled our plans, hopefully more sunshine next week will see the removal of the old existing roof and the new roof frame and roof.

19.01.2022 Its been a busy month getting the roof frame and roof on, demolishing and re building to the new floor plan! Plastered and ready to paint, tile and fit out.

11.01.2022 Here are the finished photos of a recent bathroom renovation.......We removed some walls within the original bathroom to create more space and reconfigured the layout to accommodate the shower under a new Velux window, which gives a beautiful natural light to the room. We hope you love it as much as we do....

08.01.2022 We have been back to get some photos of the renovation and extension that we completed early in the year. It is so great to see it being enjoyed as a family home again after the months of renovation work. Look through the before and after shots!!

08.01.2022 Big day getting the footings poured today.... steps everywhere in these footings due to the slope of the block. I think we lost 10kg each today, because we didnt get time to eat

04.01.2022 Completed roof frame on a new house construction in Ulverstone. Big thanks to Gradius Scaffolding for keeping us safe with a solid work platform. And Ooi Roofing for getting the fascia and gutter completed today ready for roof sheets. Its a good time of year to get out of the rain and on to the inside

03.01.2022 20 meters of concrete poured today on a driveway for a new unit. Thanks to the boys from Banfield Concrete Solutions for the finish. Awesome job!

03.01.2022 When working on smaller builds and layouts, its great to create a bigger feel by higher ceilings and natural light, this unit has both. Paint, fit out and joinery next week. Not long now.
