I bought a Ralan property in Westmead in 2000 and was caught in an impressive deceptive marketing buying the unit for 210K which was at best only valued around 185K. Needless to say that was the last property I bought from them. So what has driven them to this position now ? How does the buyer get protected to ensure they are buying a fair and reasonably priced product and dealing with an ethical real estate agency?
