14.01.2022 We have a visit from Koalas to our farm every now and then. They spend time eating and sleeping in our trees that were planted 25 years ago near our home. Its lovely to see these cute fury friends. Particularly after much of the population and habitat for them were devastated by the 19/20 fires on Kangaroo Island.

08.01.2022 We have Yakka Bush (Kangaroo Island Grass Trees) on our farm There are thousands on Kangaroo Island. The 19/20 - December/January bush fires on Kangaroo Island has set them into flower and have thrived since the fires. Many trees are also sprouting fresh leaves and are showing good signs of recovery

And the markets are donating all stall fees from this week and next weekend to the amazing volunteers at BlazeAid who are rebuilding fences on the island.
