21.01.2022 SUPPORTING ACCESSIBILITY FOR ALL AT LAKE WELLINGTON Congratulations to Lake Wellington Yacht Club who have received a $92,757 grant to improve accessibility... at its Marlay Point facilities, including new entry ramps, disabled parking bays and DDA-compliant amenities. The Yacht Club is one of eight projects recently announced across the region, including; Arc Yinnar, Gippslandia, Labertouche Hall, Trafalgar Bowling Club, Carrajung Community, Loch Sport Golf Club Inc and Thorpdale Multi-Purpose Hall. 19.01.2022 FREE TO GOOD HOME ....... sorry to all those still interested but they have been given to a good home 27/5/2020 The Latrobe Valley Yacht Club has approximately 60 chairs that are no longer required and are looking for a new home. There are about 50 of the orange ones and about 10 of the grey ones. All of the chairs are in good condition although they are dusty from storage.... Contact: Andrew 0418188299

03.01.2022 Sailors came from far away to compete in the Victorian Hansa State 2020 Championships last weekend at Blairgowrie Yacht Squadron. The blue skies and a fresh 15-...20 knot southerly on the Saturday made for some great sailing with light winds on Sunday testing competitors. 01.01.2022 FOR SALE - All three sold 31/5/2020 The Latrobe Valley Yacht Club has three International Optimist dinghies for sale. These boats were purchased as ex-charter boats after an Australian Optimist championship event (2011?). They were purchased to form a club junior fleet but lack of junior sailors has meant that they have barely been sailed and are in near new condition....
