20.01.2022 A few months back I shared how Laughing Buddha Wellness Hub came about. This is my baby and something I am super passionate about and proud of. Im in love with my new logo thanks to @biillliie This was inspired by the jewellery box my beautiful brother hand made for me.... This week is Men’s mental health awareness week something so close to my heart. I hope everyone that is hurting feels that they can speak up and ask for help. It’s okay not to be okay. We have so much support around us and so many tools to help us, you don’t have to do it alone.
