24.01.2022 As temps start to heat up around the country please don't forget to take extra care of your pets, the elderly and... YOUR WINE! Yes that's right, unfortunately it doesn't take much to "cook" wine (hence why we have a strict "Heat Policy" when sending orders.) Heat Damage can cause all sorts of changes in the wine such as lack of fruit, astringency and corks to push out or leak just to name a few.... So if you don't have access to an underground cellar or wine fridge look for a place in the centre of your home away from external walls (such as the bottom of a linen cupboard) that will be cool & dark with a relatively consistent room temperature.
