13.01.2022 Hello Sunshine Laughter friends As the COVID restrictions are starting to ease and we are allowed to meet in groups of up to 10 people we can plan to restart our Laughter group in Cotton Tree Park! Yeah! I was thinking that we meet again from Saturday 6th June. (This will gives us time to see the impact of the easing of restrictions). We can observe good social distancing and bring our own chairs. If we are more than 10 we can break into 2 groups. From the 12th June we c...an have 20 people so all good. Hope that you are all happy and well. I look forward to seeing you on 6th June at 9am in Cotton Tree Park and enjoying a really good laugh! Ho ho haa haa haa ..... Karin
11.01.2022 Morning laughter friends. Only a couple of days till we can all meet in Cotton Tree Park for a laugh and catch-up. We can now have 20 people so no problems there. Sadly no hugs and will need to observe the distancing regime.... but we can laugh! Bring a laugh and a smile to share. So looking forward to seeing everyone at 9am on Sat 6th June.... 07.01.2022 Laughter session on Sat 10th August 2019 is cancelled due to The Curated Plate - Food Festival taking place in Cotton Tree Park. It will be very busy and hard for us to find a spot for our session. Look forward to seeing you on the 17th August!

03.01.2022 COVID19 - Update - Sadly Saturday Laughter session are suspended! Good afternoon Laughter Friends We had a wonderful Laughter group session yesterday (21st March). Such a beautiful area to be and fantastic people who all really needed a good laugh! I loved the laughter, the friendship and the energy all so positive!... It is a difficult time to stay positive and Laughter is even more important than ever. which makes it such a hard decision to advise that we will be suspending our Saturday Laughter Group sessions for the moment. I believe that our health and that of the more vulnerable in our community has to be our priority at this time. Our Sunshine Laughter group has been going for well over 15 years in various venues and differing formats. I love this group and all the wonderful people that I meet. We are all so different but somehow connect over a good laugh. So I am very keen for this group to continue and will let you all know when we commence our face to face Laughter sessions again. Hopefully sooner than later. In the meantime we all need to stay connected. There have been discussions about trying to conduct Laughter sessions via video conferencing. We will see if this could work. We also have our Facebook page where we can share thoughts, ideas, etc. If you have any other ideas please let us know. Till next time we meet - stay safe, healthy and positive... oh and do try and enjoy a good laugh. Karin
02.01.2022 Join our Sunshine Laughter group for a laugh and friendship in beautiful Cotton Tree Park. We meet every Saturday at 9am in the park at a table roughly opposite 37 The Esplanade, Cotton Tree. Session goes for about 30 minutes then we stay for a cuppa and a catch up. Everyone is welcome!
