24.01.2022 A fantastic day was had by all at the Launceston City Community Christmas! Huge thankyou to all that make this day possible. 2020 has reminded us all how important being connected to each other is, and the importance of a healthy community. Watch out for our friends and neighbours and may 2021 be a better year for all.

07.01.2022 The wonderful City of Launceston Handbell Choir led by Craig Stenton. Thank you for supporting our community event every year!

06.01.2022 We are all set up and ready to go! The Launceston City Community Christmas is going ahead with 250 seats this year to allow for appropriate spacing. Such a lovely event which would't be possible without Tas Independent Retailers/IGA who sponsor the event by way of providing all the food. We also have the support of our Launceston City Council and many other sponsors.... St Vincent de Paul, Catholicare, City Mission North/NW, The Salvation Army Launceston and The Launceston Benevolent Society organise and host this event jointly and want to say thank you to all volunteers, Albert Hall staff, entertainers such as the City of Launceston Handbell Choir and our MC Matthew Garwood and especially our sponsors that make this day possible.
