05.01.2022 This article refers only to online CBT being better than face to face sessions. It doesn't discuss counselling or clinical hypnotherapy sessions. I believe that rapport (therapeutic alliance between client and counsellor) and intent of a session's outcome are vital, regardless how a session is conducted. A productive session is always a good session in my book.
