20.01.2022 We had a fantastic morning with the children from Launceston Church Grammar School today Our team visited the school during Dental Health Week a while ago, we provided the kids tips on maintaining healthy teeth including tooth brushing demonstration and we also talked about diet that are tooth-friendly, and food/drinks that we should only consume sometimes Today, the kids visited our practice, they all had a ride in the dental chair, there were lots of giggles and we ...had loads of funWe want to make dental visit for children as fun as possible! 14.01.2022 We had an amazing and fun night last Saturday with our work family Thank you to Dr Jin and Jo-Ellen for organising this end of year get-together dinner. There were so much fun and laughter 2020 has been tough for everybody, but tough times don’t last, tough teams do! We are so fortunate to be working with one another at Launceston Dental, our dream team is supportive, positive, fun and loving... We can’t wait for 2021 to come and we know it’s going to be a brighter and better year for all of us because we’ve got each other! Key SUGAR messages for this year’s Dental Health Week are:... Consume no more than 6 teaspoons (24 grams) of free sugar per day. Choose foods with less than 10 grams of sugar per 100 grams. Look out for hidden sugars when purchasing foods and drinks. On top of that... Brush twice a day with fluoride toothpaste. Clean between your teeth daily with floss or interdental brushes.
