06.01.2022 Hey folks hope your all well for those asking about the Half marathon medals, we do have them and they will be posted this week, again sorry for the delay. Just for a little perspective of the situation, this event is primarily run by Amy and myself. Although we have a great crew around us in the days lead up and on the day the vast majority of the work is done by two of us. We also both work full time jobs and for those who do know are runners ourselves. As some of you a...lso know we are not just your average runners and all this takes time. The delay in getting them out primarily is because we had another involved priority with Amy's record run of the 480km Tasmanian Trail. This finished Saturday and now we have both taken a small breath we will be back into event management asap. Again thank you for your understanding of us having lives outside of organising this event and we look forward getting your medals to you and seeing you all next year. Cheers Johnno

03.01.2022 It is with a very heavy heart we announce that we will not be delivering St.LukesHealth Launceston Marathon for 2020. This decision was not made lightly and we know many of you will be very disappointed. However with many other great local events postponing to the later part of the year, you will no doubt find an event to fill the void. We would like to encourage all of our past competitors to support our partner event Rail Trail Run and Ride on September 12th and 13th at Sco...ttsdale. Or if you need that 5km to half marathon road running fix why not support the, again locally organised, Tasmanian Running Festival on the 12th and 13th of December. Also a huge shout out must go to our sponsors and supporters, without them and the amazing Ultrain crew we would not have been able to deliver the previous events we have.
