24.01.2022 Brittany Walsh started her career with a bang performing alongside Julia Morris at the 2018 TV Week Logie Awards and her achievements continue to inspire us. In 2018 she landed her first contract with Celebrity Cruises and a 2nd in 2019. This year she had the honour of performing with Katy Perry at the T20 Womens Cricket World Cup under the direction of The Squared Division. Brittany is a dedicated artist with goals of performing in Musical Theatre productions and dreams... of heading to Big Apple to be a Rockette. We have no doubt Brittany will continue to live her dreams and cant wait to see what the future holds for her. The decision to join the LAUNCH family was the best decision I ever made. The level of expertise within the faculty is 2nd to none and the last 6 years of training under Michelle has been immensely rewarding. Dancing on cruise ships has been a dream of mine since I was 8 years old and I have loved every second of living my dream. My next goal is to perform in a Musical Theatre show touring Australia and another dream would be to relocate to Europe to perform in a cabaret show. Launch has been my home for the past 5 years, and has taught me everything I need to know about the industry. 05.01.2022 SUCCESS STORY - KARIN MOCHIZUKI Karin Mochizuki has achieved success at an early age having performed at the 2018 TV Week Logie Awards and as a featured dancer in the blockbuster film Dora the Explorer. A truly dedicated artist Karin travelled to LA in 2019 to train with LAs finest to further her skills and to build contacts with the dream of moving there one day. Karin has been a valued Launch member since 2014 and we couldnt be prouder of who she has become as a dance...r, teacher and role model within our studio.We cannot wait to see what the future holds for her. That is why training our students, just like the beautiful Harmony Heathcote, to be Triple Threat performers is a key element within our Pre-Professional and Academy programs. Group Singing at LAUNCH is designed to guide and prepare students for the vocal aspect of their performance careers. Our classes focus on training the voice for students of all levels, giving them a solid technical foundation, with a heavy emphasis on harmony training. Students also learn the tools of story telling and acting through song, an extremely important aspect of developing the necessary skills to be a triple threat.
