23.01.2022 Okay humans Wednesday 30th.....Metafit at 5.30pm CANCELLED I have made the executive decision to cancel tonight's class due to high storm prediction and although the grass is lovely, it is squashy under my feet. ... Not safe! No class Saturday 2nd and will be back Wednesday 6th at 5.30pm before I go away........ Have a great few days and let's celebrate that a new year is coming. Yours in health.......

22.01.2022 Hi everyone Due to Anzac Day, there will be NO live workout on my Metafit group tomorrow. Remember I teach my own choreography due to licencing laws. All classes are kept on the group so you can always do a replay. ... I am offering classes for free during this time and ask that if you can afford to pay, thanks so much. I really appreciate everyone support at this time and what an amazing community we have. Classes are : Monday and Wednesday at 5.30pm Friday and Saturday 7am ( not 25th) THIS SUNDAY ONLY AT 8AM I am teaching live on the World Gym group page which is shared with Cairns too. Come and join me. Anyone can come along! Its free. I would love lots of people joining in! I will put the link in the comments for you.

14.01.2022 NEW COVID TIMETABLE. Access can only be made by searching for the group in the right picture and asking to join. Sessions are my choreography due to licencing rules and not metafit. Bring towel and water and music to your living room! ... Only 30 minutes. Please be aware that any injuries or medical issues need to be seen by a doctor first and no responsibility is taken for risks of injury or conditions. I thank those who support me and have been paying. I am giving this option for now that if you cannot afford it, don’t pay. This is hard times and we need to stick together.
