24.01.2022 Masking tape is useful for so many things ... lucky I just bought the cheap stuff for our painting tasks and not the $15 a roll stuff .... no skin was removed in the taking off of this tape .... and no ... I didn’t just tape my face for fun... it’s for a secret project are you ready??

21.01.2022 Frankly Speaking .... theres been a delay on Frankly Speaking .... but don't be too upset, it's coming .... I promise ... tomorrow. Because right now I must go and enjoy my 'C' dinner with Nick Morrissey Pix and I don't have time to fix the errors! Until tomorrow my friends!

20.01.2022 to the Tradie whose tool belt fell off his Ute tray this afternoon .... don’t fret kind sir, your tool belt has found a comfortable and loving new home I’ll be sure to look after him well. We drew 5 tunes out of that hat this morning and learnt them today! To play tonight. This could go horribly wrong! but that’s half the fun right! Let’s do this!

10.01.2022 SONGS Next Wednesday we are going LIVE from home and we’re spicing things up a little. But we need some help. Instead of us just making a set list and playing the same old songs we play every week we want YOU to request some tunes you’d like us to play. On Wednesday (going live day) we’ll throw all the songs requested into a hat and draw 5 of them. We will then LEARN them that day. ... ooooo ... then tune in at 6.30pm to see us either be awesome or fail royally! It’ll be #suchfun ok go .... comment below with your tunes!

06.01.2022 What . A . Night Who’d have thought that a little country pub could be so much fun! Tarampa Hotel you were an absolute blast! I have the BEST fans turned friends ever! Not only surprising us by rocking up but ALL wearing super special LF tees! We’d make a great band ... Man ... you guys .... what a bloody special little thing we’ve got going on here. Doing it all again tonight at the Grand View Hotel ! Come party.

04.01.2022 I like this picture because my legs look real long and slender ... neither of which are the case in real life that’s ok... I’m not here hating on myself and neither should you. (That is hate on you or me. Haha). Even though we tell ourselves a gazillion times a day how shitty we are or look. Try be a little kinder to yourself. I’m going to try take my own advice tonight when I take on my first dance class in about 4 years all in preparation for a project in the works. I’m excited for this one my friends - I hope you are too!
