Darcie is one of my clients who had a lot she needed to release as a result of past events and in this video she posted recently to her own community she speaks about her struggles and how she was able to overcome them. 24.01.2022 Emotions are like waves. Waves are always effected by the weather, in good weather it is wonderful to swim in the waves. In bad weather it is horrible. Needless to say, the view from afar, regardless of the weather is always beautiful. Watch your emotions, observe them and do not get caught up in them. The weather will change, but our experience does not have to.

Yes I get it, its SO easy not to set goals and just go about your days as per normal wanting a happy and healthy life ... thats all well and good but its also EASY to be lazy and never work towards the kind of life you actually want. When youre setting goals its like youre telling your mind where youre roughly going so you know what to focus on. ... It isnt rocket science... whatever we focus on most we see more of. If you want that dream life you need to know what it looks like/sounds like/feels like to actually achieve it SET YOUR GOALS

21.01.2022 Why we should focus on what we want everyday RATHER THAN what we dont want. Many of our goals are framed in the most negative light, my clients say to me oh I DONT want to feel self conscious anymore, I DONT want anxiety, I DONT want to wind up alone but after they say that they cant answer my question when I ask them what they DO WANT. We need to focus on what we DO want because whatever we choose to focus on we will see MORE of. ... Write down a list of what you dont want if you are struggling then flip it into a list of what you DO want and focus on that list. Not only will it feel better but you will get much better results See more



19.01.2022 ACCEPTANCE OVER STRUGGLE Arent you sick to death of making yourself wrong 24/7 because of the inability to live your life with acceptance? Ive found working with many people through coaching that one of the KEY factors that contributes to a lack of self worth and the difficulties that come with it is the inability to ACCEPT.... To accept yourself To accept where youre at To accept the past To accept others To accept situations Acceptance brings peace and plays a large part in healing from painful situations, whether thats the way you see yourself in the mirror, past events, the comparison curse... the list goes on. Accepting does not make you weak, it shows you can face your pain/struggle in the eyes and move through it, to move past it. Having the ability to ACCEPT is powerful and brings strength and healing. Choose to accept yourself and where youre at, knowing you have the ability to change your future and transform the perception of your past. You do not have to be a victim of your life, believing it is happening to you when really it is happening FOR YOU! Holding onto that mentality will only harm, not heal. You are in charge! 19.01.2022 Its ok not to be ok Mmmmm ... I want MORE than that statement for you! Whilst it is ok to be where you are even if you arent happy with it I want you to ASK FOR MORE ... KNOWING YOU ARE WORTHY OF IT AND ALL YOU WANT! ... Know that when you say its ok not to be ok you are saying its ok to be where you are regardless of how good/bad that is and it gives you the freedom to stop beating yourself up over what youve currently achieved ... ... but release yourself from getting stuck in that thought pattern. You are more than where you are now... you are more than your current belief systems and you can create the life you want! Being where you are is causing you to ask for more! YOURE THAT FREAKING POWERFUL PEOPLE

18.01.2022 MOST FEAR IS POOR MANAGEMENT OF THE MIND I would even go one step further and say most fear is understandable but is made out to be catastrophic by our lack of understanding for it, its purpose, why its there and how it can serve us. Wait... did someone just say fear can SERVE you? ... Yup, I said it. Its there for a reason and does not need to be demonised. Did you know there are healthy ways of dealing with fear, anxiety and overwhelm? Did you know it isnt something you have to hold onto constantly, worried about how it will impact your days, social events and normal everyday tasks? The most common types of fear are ... 1. Fear of not being good enough 2. Fear of rejection 3. Fear of cost (responsibility) 4. Fear of regret All of these fears can be rationalised, understood and RELEASED. It just takes doing some work with the unconscious. They do not need to hold you back for the rest of your life. #TheEmpowerProject

16.01.2022 WHY PEOPLES OPINIONS DONT MATTER - I had an admin day yesterday and found myself at a beach cafe getting my work done. As a result my mind wandered and thought about others opinions and why they dont matter. Other peoples mindset or opinions/beliefs about you has nothing to do with you and everything to do with them. If they are saying nasty things about you all it indicates to me is that they judge themselves very harshly and they see something in you that brings up a t...rigger point for them. Typically for many clients Ive worked and ESPECIALLY with women Ive found that most get SO caught up in how others see them and perceive them that they start to take on other peoples beliefs that they never believed themselves. This causes self doubt and a sense of overwhelm, they focus on other peoples opinions and how they can change them when really it doesnt matter. The only thing that is truly important is how YOU see YOU! Focus on the positive traits you have and strive to be the BEST version of yourself whatever that means. I feel pretty was such an amazing movie showing the flip sides of focus - obviously Amy Schumers character does not like herself in the beginning but when she BELIEVES shes the best thing walking this earth ... EVERYONE ELSE BEGINS TO BELIEVE HER! Thats mainly due to focus and a change in her belief system, but when you focus on what you want eg. having a great day or getting that amazing job THE WORLD OPENS UP TO YOU! ... So focus on what you WANT to change how you see the world. Confidence is so important Im so SO glad this movie showed it in such a profound way!

15.01.2022 STEP UP & BACK YOURSELF! The opinion YOU have of you is by far the most important. Be someone you can be proud of, the person youd need during the good times and bad. If someone doesnt like it then It is important to stop searching for approval from others - because others opinions will be tainted by their own sh****t that has nothing to do with you. ... Ask yourself: Do you like you? If the answer is no... what can you do to start liking you? How do you need to start showing up to be that person? (Ps. Keep appearances out of it, that stuff wont matter when you reflect back on life) Understand that NO ONE will ever like you/ love you/ appreciate you and back you as much as you can do it for yourself! 01.01.2022 This week clients are going through week 2 of the Empower Project where they get to learn about their anxieties, fears, worries and overwhelm - learning healthy ways to accept and overcome them. This weeks task is my favourite to give clients as it produces INCREDIBLE results and Ive always love working with those who experience anxiety because I love to watch it slowly but surely alleviate as the week goes on. I hold a firm belief that our fear response has so much to teac...h us and if were willing to be students, we can only gain from it. Our minds are powerful, we are the only species on the planet (known at this time) that can WORRY to help us problem solve and we have been doing this throughout evolution. Thousands of years ago we were not at the top of the food chain, but the need for survival and our fear response to life threatening situations allowed us to become master problem solvers. Our worry back then served us powerfully, it allowed us to adapt and still does to this day. HOWEVER... The things we worry about now do not always have the threat to survival like they used to. It is now our job to train our minds to look at these overwhelming situations and shift our perspective on them. Choose to understand your anxiety, fears, overwhelm. Do not demonise the experiences. They are there to teach and protect, not harm. I promise you, your body does not want to betray you. Become a warrior of the mind.
