It’s a course that uses tapping on certain meridian/acupuncture points to release trapped trauma, negative emotions or even just to energise & bring balance to your system. 25.01.2022 Exciting news ....I’m RE-OPENING for IN-PERSON healing sessions from next week, in Spearwood WA, in line with WA Gov recommendations. I’m really looking forward to being able to serve you all in-person again & help get you back on track, mentally, emotionally & spiritually. I will be re-opening under strict adherence to the Government guidelines for hygiene & safety and will require clients to confirm they have not been at risk of infection & are symptom free before atte...nding an appointment. I’ve completed my COVID infection training to best serve my clients in the safest way during this time. Also, I will be running distant healing sessions as usual (if it’s your preference or if you are overseas), online or by phone So excited to be there for you all even more now during these challenging times. Fires are still raging on the East coast & we are only have way through summer in Oz. . A lot of these guys have had to put their ‘full time work’ & families on hold...for months. There are under funded & under resourced. .... Mankind has such a resilience in times like these but there is only so much these people can do alone. 09.01.2022 Fires still burning out of control in many areas This poor Volunteer firefighter sums it up: To be honest with ya mate, I’m just hanging on Majority of these guys are volunteers...haven’t been able to work their normal jobs for months, working all hours & getting no break or let up. They are physically, mentally & emotionally exhausted. Us humans are resilient but there is only so much any of us can do alone. They need help. ... Please buy a ticket to support them. 01.01.2022 Transforming weekend spent doing Breathwork with the crew from the @theo2awakening . Breathwork is not something I’ve had that much experience with but felt called to do a 1 to 1 breathwork with Lukis a few wks ago & I couldn’t believe the depth of the release. I will share more on that another time, it’s still quiet confronting to watch but I will share some clips when I feel called to as it’s important for everyone to know that doing the work is not easy...it’s not alway...s a gentle healing, a soft meditation...it’s confronting, messy, vulnerable, exposing & always truly worth it . When clients get upset on my table they usually apologise. I always let them know it’s great that they are releasing...it’s what they are there to do if that’s what’s come up. Society can make us feel we should keep our emotions to ourself or in check but too much of that can have devastating consequences with the high rates of suicide & anxiety/depression in our World at present. Our feelings & emotions don’t go away just because we surpress them, they always come out in other areas of our lives when left unchecked/unresolved. Be brave, face your truth...it’s the only way to truly move forward to that amazing person you were destined to be & to inspire those around you to do the same. .
