18.01.2022 I have been asking a couple of previous clients to share a word about how they like my service. However it seems that people can't seem to make a post of their own on my Craniosacral Therapy site, only being able to leave comments on the posts I make. 05.01.2022 From a very important naturopath, Kirsty Bednar with appreciation......here is her post from today. Thanks! Thought I'd follow up with how my craniosacral work is going with Laura Lovelock. I have been getting chiro and massage monthly for over 10 years to maintain and keep headaches at bay from what I thought was muscle tension from subluxations from the excess curvature of my cervical spine. In recent times there's probably not been a day where I haven't had a headache. Aft...er the first treatment with Laura i hardly had a headache and after the 2nd treatment none at all. That's massive for me. This work is so gentle, nurturing yet deep and profound. I've had it all wrong what i've been doing to maintain my spine. Laura's treatment leads to true healing. Releasing the emotions stored in these tissues. I've already had some deep releases of stuff i never even knew about. The latest took me back to even in utero where my palate, facial bones began forming showing me i need to love and accept how i look in this world which honestly I haven't totally up until this point. I've always had issues with my mouth and facial structure and now to realise that I'm exactly the way I'm meant to be. And to realise my father had the same issues due to a hair lip he was extremely self conscious of his scar and always had a beard to cover this. We realised in this session that this work is multidimensional and transgenerational! I'm so grateful for finding Laura and this amazing healing therapy. I wish I had known about it sooner. Seriously everyone can benefit from Craniosacral therapy and especially with Laura's revolutionary approach, her years of experience, intuition and wisdom. Kirsty. See more
