11.01.2022 LIMITING BELIEFS..... Everyone has times when you doubt or feel like you can't.....! There is no better time than now to reflect on the past 7 months as life's is returning to new normal, be honest with how you've delt with the challenges we all have faced !(AKA COVID ) How's my mindset? ... How's my health? Have I set great example for my kids? Have I been the best I can be? Am I a bag if negativity or positive person ? Grateful or still remain in victim mode? Scrolling through photos and found this ...a time when I pushed my body and achieved more than I could imagined ! Same feeling I get when I reflect on this year. Pushed past my limited beliefs and achieved. Now to remain focused and use rest of the year wisely.

So many ask "what if I stop ?"....short answer "is your going to stay as you are, unhealthy! "... I got results doing the above, ABSOLUTELY, it’s hard work for sure, however they were short lived for me personally, and the stop start of the progression definitely didn’t keep me going!
