21.01.2022 CARAMILK LOVERS DREAM Another cake from the weekend. With this cake filled with a caramilk ganache i could have just eaten this myself haha. Inside this cake was layers of caramilk mud cake filled with caramilk ganache, covered in a vanilla buttercream and then topped with more caramilk ganache and assorted choccies.

19.01.2022 HAPPY 60TH! This weekend was also my mums 60th birthday so of course it was cake time. Mum requested a simple fun cake. Filled and decorated with vanilla buttercream, I love the addition of the sprinkles for a little dash of fun

15.01.2022 Who you gonna call... GHOSTBUSTERS! The brief for this cake was anything ghostbusters. I straight away had an image of the city being covered in ‘slime’ (or in this case chocolate ganache ), finished off with Slimmer on top! I love ghostbusters and loved making this cake just as much!

14.01.2022 MARVEL CAKE What a great first weekend back in cake making, and it was a busy one! First up was a Marvel themed choc mud cake decorated with captain America, Ironman, Spider-Man and the hulk.
