24.01.2022 Sadly most perpetrators of domestic violence are narcissistic slugs they show NO REMORSE. Blame the victim and take no responsibility for their own screwed up life- emotionally stunted many of them...the old Cliche DO AS I SAY not as I do.. they need to take a good look at themselves in the mirror . The TRUTH IS OUT THERE.. sadly the laws dont always provide justice to the POOR VICTIMS WHO HAVE STUCK UP FOR THEMSELVES AND THEIR FAMILY.. people in glass houses shouldnt throw stones... worse when police (Qld police in particular) arent supportive and believe the sober perpetrators DELUSIONAL lies.

THE perpetrators are NOT VICTIMS NO MATTER how much they try to tell the world their version and bring up the victims past... No one deserves to be abused- verbal abuse IS bad! but physical abuse based on their own inappropriate upbringings is no excuse! . If youre a friend of a perpetrator- call them out when the attempt to JUSTIFY AND DISCREDIT THE VICITM. Real MEN AND WOMEN WALK AWAY. And if they have issues that provoked their actions. Tell them to GET HELP FOR GOODNESS SAKE. DV doesnt have 2 sides! The perpetrators need help! cant justify a thing . Its a crime

21.01.2022 First time offence for my Client. Prosecution didnt agree to diversion I submitted a plea of a good behaviour no conviction the BEST RESULT possible when the Magistrate overrides the police and DISMISSED the charge! Whoop whoop. Best outcome EVER!

18.01.2022 Quite a successful day today! my clients were charged with offences that could have been jail time- thankfully they were remorseful- very young and addressing their bad behaviours. The magistrate could see that jail was NOT going to help these young boys! So a CCO instead! A happy family !

Whilst Qld police allowed the perpetrator of my client to leave the state with no charges (after viscously belting and kicking her leaving her in hosptial in Mossman for 2 days) Thankfully upon her return Victoria police have taken out an Interim Intervention Order for my clients protection. SADLY ALL STATES HAVE THEIR OWN LAWS.. CRIMINAL LAWS needs to become COMMONWEALTH AND UNIFORM LIKE FAMILY LAW. ... Our office is going to advocate harder and stronger against DV and Changes to the criminal laws. let us know if you can assist in any way. Or want to be a part of it. Thank you

01.01.2022 Sooooo true. Like we say..there are NO 2 sides to domestic violence those who condone and support the perpetrators need to rethink their own morals and values. Perpetrators are NOT VICTIMS they are terrible people who need HELP to resolve their own SCREWED UP PAST... stay strong victims/survivors (women and men)
