25.01.2022 What would life be like for you if you had more energy? Would you... - see your friends more? - ask for that promotion you know you deserve?... - start your own business? - be more active? - eat healthier foods? - have more patience with others? - go on holidays more often? I know for me, when I was going through my personal battle with chronic fatigue I desperately craved all these things but just couldn’t ever muster the energy to do them. I had no idea who to turn to. I went to doctors, specialists, had a sleep study, had multiple blood tests etc. and none could tell me what would help me have more energy on a daily basis to really be able to LIVE and ENJOY life again. It was incredibly frustrating and it took a massive toll on my mental and physical health. If I had learned then what I know now I would have been in a much better place. So I would like to share what I now know and the expertise I have gained after years of practice as a dietitian to help other ladies get more energy to really do the things they want in life and be who they want to be. So many ladies have come to me with chronic fatigue and generally low energy levels feeling awful within themselves. 25.01.2022 It’s funny how much your life can change in such a short amount of time when you start living from a place of abundance. I never knew until I started living it myself & wow have things changed in the past few months. Instead of just surviving- going through the daily grind just trying to get through the day, you are thriving- smashing your life goals, living your best life, embodying the best version of yourself. So how do you create this change in your life? It’s a lot simpl...er than you might think... Ask yourself those big questions: What is important to you in life? What type of life do you ultimately want to live? What type of person do you see your best self being? What would your life look like right now if you were to be living a life of no regrets? What’s holding you back? Start living a life of alignment: Get out there & start living a life of alignment. When I say that, I mean that if your best self would be doing it, thinking it, trying it, living it, then it’s time to embody this self & BE that person you want to be. Acknowledge what’s holding you back, whether that is fear, stubbornness or just plain laziness & move past that (this is your lowest self trying to hold you back from greatness!! Don’t let it!). Quit that job that you are dead bored in, go on that holiday you’ve been putting off for years, wear that bold bikini you love to the beach, go to that fancy restaurant just because you can & it feels good & you WANT to. This is one of the most powerful mindset shifts you can have that will help you level up in life INSTANTLY. Invest in yourself: Your personal development is the crux of all the other areas of your life. It is the best & most important investment you can ever make. When you invest in yourself, you invest in ALL areas of your life including your health, wellbeing, career, relationships & so much more! Huge transformations only come when we are challenged & open to change. This is the power of mentorship, enabling these shifts to happen in a quick, powerful & transformative way. 24.01.2022 Have you ever thought about what that one thing in life would be that would make you REALLY TRULY HAPPY? What would that thing be? To lose 20kg? To have $1M? To be CEO?... To find true love? We are taught to believe that if we have this one thing, we will be truly happy & successful in life... But the truth is, one common thing that people who achieve these things alone say is that achieving it did not bring them the happiness they thought it would. How interesting. So even though their dream has come true, their life is not this happy, peachy, rainbow-filled world we think it is. So why is that? Here’s the thing, happiness is not cultivated by just one thing. True happiness comes from a variety of things, lots of different pieces of the puzzle that is life falling into place in just the right way for you such as learning to love yourself, practising gratitude, fulfilment, living in peace & harmony with your body, mind & soul, and so much more!! Ladies, we need to stop thinking that we would be happy if we just got to size 8 or if we won lotto because that’s just not how it works. This is a severely unhelpful & unproductive way of achieving happiness in our lives so we really need to change the way we THINK about how to achieve happiness before anything else. So how can you find true happiness? 1 Start with reflecting: What makes you FEEL good? Start a list! How often are you doing these things? Reflect on your values & what is really important to you in life & why. 2 Create an action plan: How can you change your life to have you feeling good on a DAILY basis? What do you need more of & what needs to go? 3 Get out there & start living your best life! All of those things that make you feel good will be part of it so start chasing those dreams right away! Remember, happiness is a COMBINATION of things in your life. There is no way that having fulfilment & achieving your goals in one area of your life will result in happiness & fulfilment in your whole life. It’s almost like a maths equation; the sum of the different areas of your life results in your overall happiness. See more below

23.01.2022 Do you feel like being healthy is hard work & sucks the fun out of life? Eating tonnes of bland rabbit food that leaves you feeling unsatisfied Spending h...ours at the gym which totally drains your energy Obsessing over what you should & shouldn’t be eating all day long Wasting half your weekend doing meal prep Always being hungry (& often hangry too ) Ordering a tasteless salad while your friends are enjoying delicious pasta Using all your willpower to say no to birthday cake in the office Ladies, do you feel like you are constantly switching between being perfect & healthy and being out of control & unhealthy? This type of all-or-nothing thinking is really what’s getting in your way. Food is important for nourishing your body, mind AND soul. Balance is EVERYTHING. FACT: You don’t NEED to eat perfectly all the time to be healthy. The constant cycle of being overly restrictive, then binging only results in more cravings & food obsession, it’s not helping you get healthy at all. Having a healthy MIND is just as important as having a healthy body. Restricting & exercising obsessively only leaves you drained & miserable, so there is no wonder it is not sustainable (or healthy)! Give yourself permission to find the balance between eating foods that nourish your body (foods that you need) & foods that nourish your soul (foods that you love). It’s the most healthy way of eating for you overall, as a person. When you find the right balance, you will know because you will be the most healthy, strong, level-headed, happy, glowing version of yourself. #goals right? 21.01.2022 Food~Body~Self You can’t have one without the other. Your relationship with food, your body & yourself is all so intricately interconnected.... Through my years of working as a dietitian in private practice I came to learn that one of the main reasons that people struggle so much to achieve their goals is because they have a very narrow, linear approach to solving their problems. For example, clients in the past have come to me for weight loss with the belief that if they just lost weight, they would be more healthy, happy & free. They thought that if they just ate healthier foods, ate less & moved more, that all their problems would be solved. But that is just the tip of the iceberg. This is just the start of this incredible journey to the best version of yourself. And I can tell you right now, there’s a lot more behind it than just wanting to lose weight I’m not just here to be your food coach, I’m here to be your counsellor, your perspective shifter, your eye opener, your potential unleasher & so much more! 21.01.2022 Where you invest your money determines where you end up in life- stuck or striving forward... This is an important thing to consider when your goal is to step into your highest self to be more confident, happy, free, purposeful... Fun fact: the average Aussie woman spends around $3600 per year on their appearance.... We do it without even questioning it, we spend thousands on getting our hair done, nails done, skincare products, makeup, hair removal, tanning, tinting, teeth whitening, clothes, shoes, bags, jewellery... But when it comes to investing in ourselves we are reluctant, hesitant, full of excuses, not willing to put in the time or money. How is it so easy to accept spending hundreds each month on the way we look & barely anything on our personal growth & overall wellbeing?? For example, how many times have you been happy to spend $200 on an outfit or your monthly skincare routine, but been reluctant to spend that same amount on working on your relationship with food or your body? Money = energy Where you invest your money is where you will experience the biggest transformations & growth in life. So are you investing in the way you look on the outside OR the person you ultimately want to be on the inside? Here’s the cold hard truth. 21.01.2022 Three things that have NOTHING to do with your worth: 1- Your weight & appearance 2- Your titles, job, achievements, qualifications & yearly salary... 3- Your relationship status The love you deserve is UNCONDITIONAL. These things are all conditions. There will be people in your life who only give you the amount of love THEY think you deserve. These people will not accept you unless you fit inside the box they have created. This is not real love OR acceptance. You are worthy of all of the love & success you want in life. But to accept it, you first have to accept yourself. Regardless of what others think, it’s about what you think of yourself that really matters. Are you able to give yourself unconditional love right now? Or do you base this love on whether you fit into a certain clothing size, whether you are in a relationship, whether you pass an exam or not, whether you get the dream job you want The key to welcoming abundance into your life is learning to love & accept yourself unconditionally. You will always be you. You will always have to live with yourself. That will never change (unlike all those other factors in your life). And the thing is, the sooner you love & accept yourself for exactly who you are right now, the sooner others will too! When you realise this & act on it, the universe will reward you by guiding you to exactly what you want. You will be a magnet for love, success & abundance in life

20.01.2022 For so long I believed that working full-time in a nice stable job was the goal in life. Only recently have I had to challenge this belief and realise that success is not measured by how many hours you work, how much money is in your bank account or what people think of you. Now, I wholeheartedly believe that success is a state of mind. Really, anyone can be successful. It doesn’t have to take blood, sweat and tear OR years. It does however take a whole lot of self-love and s...elf-belief. When YOU believe you are successful, you WILL BE! As women, we often put ourselves down, hold ourselves back and minimise our successes in life. I have no idea why it’s become such a hardwired trait for so many of us ladies, but it is! Are you: - Spending so much time at work that you are often too exhausted to do anything else in your day? - Working tonnes of unpaid overtime? - Missing out on special moments with family & friends? - Feeling like you are just going through the motions until you can finally retire? Man I feel exhausted just listing those things! Let alone living them everyday (and yes I absolutely used to but not anymore!!). Life should be filled with the things that are most important to us. Ladies we need to be spending more time doing things we really enjoy rather than cooped up behind a desk all day under piles of paperwork. Really, the goal should be to be able to work less and enjoy life more! It’s not just a dream. The only way to have this be a reality in your life is not to win lotto or marry someone rich or work so hard you burn out and end up with more health problems and medications than you can count! 20.01.2022 A day in the life of a freedomaire What was my day like today? Well instead of being stuck behind a desk, in the freezing aircon, under a pile of paperwork,... stressed to the max like I was this time last year, I’ve been writing, enjoying the sunshine, going at my own pace, helping my grandma make traditional Greek Easter treats, hanging out with my chooks & just relaxing really! And I’ve got to say, I am loving life right now. Living every day on my own terms. Doing what I love. Being myself. Enjoying the company of people I genuinely enjoy being around. Exploring new places & doing fun things. Actually taking care of myself properly. And just slow down so I can enjoy life without it passing me by so quickly! There’s no going back now that I’ve had a taste of what life can be like. Nope. THIS is my path now. The path of true personal freedom. It doesn’t mean things are always easy, there are still challenges along the way (just like anyone else)... But now life is fun, fulfilling, purposeful, beautiful, and full of freedom. 19.01.2022 Vegan, sugar free, paleo, low fat, low carb, keto, macro counting, clean eating Believe me, I’ve heard & seen them all! No wonder you’re feeling confused!! ... These diet fadsare pull you in 100 different directions, trying to convince you that they are there to solve all your problems! It’s hard to know what healthy eating even is anymore!! There’s a new major diet discovery every few months! And they all promise that you will become the most healthy, happy, skinny version of yourself. So why don’t they ever work for you?? Maybe at first you get really motivated, give it a go for a while, lose a few kgs & feel great. Then after a while you get bored or things get in the way of you sticking to the diet perfectly like going out for dinner with friends at a place you didn’t choose or you start to lose your motivation & feel guilty when you slip up I have worked with hundreds of people in the past. I can tell you from experience that the most effective ways to eat for health & life is less about WHAT you eat & more about HOW you eat. This is CRUCIAL & often overlooked in these diet trends. Less WHAT, more HOW Think about it, deep down you already know what you need to eat to nourish your body- less takeaway, more veggies, less red meat etc. etc. But HOW you build healthier habits into your busy & constantly changing lifestyle, that’s the REAL challenge right?! Life happens, it’s how you deal with life’s challenges that really determines your success Diets aren’t flexible, they don’t allow for these challenges. That’s why they aren’t realistic in the bigger picture. 18.01.2022 A life lesson I have learned and really embraced this year is that you have to do what makes you happy! Life is just way too short to spend it doing things you don’t enjoy. I used to be that person who was always working, always at her desk, always having a million things left on her to do list and never (or rarely) getting around to actually doing the things I actually love. It’s no way to live! And it had such a massive negative ripple effect on the rest of my life includi...ng my personal relationships, my physical and mental health, my energy levels and so much more. I am so grateful that I had this revelation and that I have taken fast action in changing my life so that I am able to do more of what I love! I feel like a whole different person. I am more confident, I have more energy, I am happier and I am healthier. I get out of bed every morning excited and ready to take on the day. Life really shouldn’t be a hard slog, there is so much more to life to enjoy! So I encourage you to stop and really think about your life and ask yourself: Am I truly happy? Do I look forward to getting out of bed and taking on the day EVERY DAY? Am I living the life I really want to live? 18.01.2022 Self-worth is what we think, feel & believe about ourselves. It is at our very core. It is informed by how much we accept ourselves, respect who we really are & value ourselves as human beings. When we realise our own worth, this is when we really shine & our confidence skyrockets! Ladies, we are SO self-critical by nature. But here’s the thing, what kind of effect is it having on our self-worth & in effect, our confidence too?... How would our life choices & daily decisions be different if our self-worth was great? We let society influence and determine our inner worthiness when really, it should have nothing to do with it. Here’s what should NOT determine your self-worth as a human being: Other people- your partner, family, friends, boss etc. (Your happiness & fulfillment are much more important than what others think, say or do) Your goals & whether or not you achieve them Your appearance or attractiveness Your job, career and/or job performance Your age, gender or sexuality Your social media following or number of friends/likes Your skills & abilities Your education level The number of friends you have Your relationship status The amount of money in the bank (or lack thereof) Anything or anyone but yourself!! YOU are the only one who determines your self-worth. If you believe you are worthy & valuable, then you are worthy & valuable. Even if you don’t believe it, you still are worthy & valuable always! So here are 3 things you can do to boost your self-worth: 1 Remember what does NOT determine self-worth. Recognise I am greater than all those things. Always remind yourself and tell yourself- I am of value, I am loveable, I am necessary to this life & I am of incomprehensible worth. It’s so true!! 2 Identify, challenge & externalise your inner critic. Do a reality check- does she has any evidence, is she being kind or not, is this what you actually need to hear? If not, tell her to leave. Challenge her & remind her that no matter what you do or don’t do, you are worthy & valuable always. 3 List all the things that are great & unique about YOU. 17.01.2022 Is work making you feel like s#*! all the time? Are you trudging home after a long work day feeling exhausted, drained, stressed, frustrated and constantly dreaming of a better life? If it is then it’s really not serving your best interests. How can you be your best and give your best when you are not feeling your best? The answer is - you can’t! If you have always been someone who works way too hard all the time and burns yourself out in every job you have ever had, it’s tim...e to break this habit because it’s really not serving you well. How can you show up 100% at work, at home, in your relationships, in your personal life, when you are pushing yourself so hard all the time to the point where you burn out?? I am 100% guilty of this. After growing up believing that working harder = only way to be successful, I have always pushed myself way too hard, to an unhealthy and unhelpful point. Where has that gotten me in life? Well, up until recently I always felt I wasn’t good enough, I wasn’t doing enough, I wasn’t ever giving enough even though I was giving everything I had. How was this mindset serving me and helping me be the best version of myself? Well it really wasn’t. When I took a look back earlier this year and asked myself this question, that’s when I realised that dusty old mindset had to go! How can you possibly ENJOY life and make the most of life if you are always feeling drained, unfulfilled and putting a mountain of pressure on yourself? It’s IMPOSSIBLE!! Throughout my life I have always been told that I have so much potential but I always struggled to turn this potential into results. I felt like every avenue I tried to go down- workplaces etc. wasn’t quite the right fit for me to realise this potential and be truly successful in my career. It was so frustrating! Only now that I have started to truly value myself and my place in this world have I been able to tap into my power and potential. Now I want to share this with ladies just like you so you too can start feeling fulfilled, proud, worthy and valuable. It’s my mission in life and brings me so much joy every day. 17.01.2022 So I’m back! I’ve taken some time out recently to reflect on my purpose. My goals in life are and have always been to be happy, healthy and free. But what do these things really look like? And how will I know if and when I have achieved them? These are the questions I have been doing some soul searching on and these will be the questions I will ask you also if you choose to come on this journey with me. Ever since I was young, I wanted to help people, that’s why I decided to ...become a dietitian. But working as a dietitian over the past few years it has become apparent to me that being a my purpose is so much more than just focusing on the foods we eat. I ONLY see life-changing transformations for my clients when they have been open to a more holistic approach to health and achieving our goals, whatever they might be. Everything in life is connected and intertwined: our purpose, our career, our relationships, our mindset, our self-worth, our confidence, our decisions, our habits, our health, our happiness and so much more. By making holistic changes this is a ripple effect to other parts of our lives too which is why they are so POWERFUL! We are all looking to improve ourselves and our lives, and for those of us who are truly ready to make changes to achieve our goals and dreams it is so important to have the right people by our sides to support us. Moving forward I will be sharing more of my personal journey and how I have achieved my personal goals in striving to be happy, healthy and free. I will share steps I have taken and steps I continue to take to continue to work on these goals and how to maintain results as this is such an important part of the journey that is life. My hope is that any of you ladies who feel really aligned with my journey, who value my expertise in life and as a health professional, and who are ready to achieve these results for themselves and their own life will approach me to see if we are a good fit to work together. 17.01.2022 COURAGE CHANGES EVERYTHING Think about the world's most influential women... A lot of them have come from difficult pasts, overcome huge obstacles on their ri...se to success. But all of these incredible women have one thing in common They didn’t choose to sit around & WAIT for success to come to them, they went out & MADE it happen They’ve taken ACTION They’ve chosen to DO something No matter how hard their lives had been or what obstacles stood in their way, they were more committed to their vision, to making the impact they knew they were put on this earth to make, to being the person they were always meant to be & to living the life of their dreams than to life’s obstacles They let NOTHING stop them They always chose to TAKE ACTION They didn’t choose to be the victim, to believe that they had no say in how their lives turned out. No way! They didn’t throw their arms up in the air & shout oh I give up! and let fate decide their future. They didn’t feel sorry for themselves, they didn’t let the why me? thoughts be their reality. They chose to do things differently. They chose to be better & keep working on themselves. They chose to follow their intuition & not let others decide their fate. They chose to be BRAVE & take action. Because doing SOMETHING, doing ANYTHING, is better than doing nothing. Would YOU like to be one of these groundbreaking women too? You can be you know To BE one of these women, you have to embody these qualities too. The sooner you do, the sooner you will BECOME like them. Envision the life you want to create & stop at NOTHING until you’ve created it. Only YOU have the power to change your present & therefore your future too. So who do you want to be from this point on- A woman who decides she has no say in how her life turns out & is happy to be the victim forever OR A woman who takes her life by the horns & steers it exactly to where she wants to go It’s YOUR choice. 17.01.2022 Repeat after me, quitters are winners! Sounds wrong? Nope you heard me! I want you to say NO! I know it sounds like the opposite of what you need to do to live your best life but I’m about to change that unhelpful mindset for you. Here’s when being quitter makes you a WINNER: ... When you leave a toxic environment When you remove toxic people from your life When you feel you’ve outgrown that situation/environment/person/mindset When you are ready to let go of things that aren’t working for you When you are ready for BIGGER and BETTER things in your life When you respect and value your own intuition When YOU want to be the leader of your own life To be successful in all areas of your life, you need to learn when to quit. When to set boundaries and when to say NO. This doesn’t mean that you just GIVE UP when things get hard, it means that you quit because you KNOW you deserve better. Did you know that quitting can be a form of self-respect and self-worth? We attract what we put out If we want a BETTER job/career, relationship, confidence, body image, health, finances, energy levels etc. then we have to first do these things Say NO to spending more time around unsupportive people who drain your energy and hold you back Say NO to staying in a job or relationship or anything else that is holding you back Say NO to unhelpful mindsets that are holding you back Say NO in general, stop saying yes all the time just to make others happy Say NO to settling for comfortable, stable, same Say NO to limiting beliefs such as that asking for help means you are weak Say NO to habits that make you feel crappy Say NO to making decisions based on what others think is best for you Remember, YOU are the only person who knows what is best for you. QUIT listening to everyone else, don’t let them get in your head. 17.01.2022 Why wanting to be a whole new you is a terrible resolution which will keep holding you back So many health programs/products/apps want you to change who you are & fit into their mould/idea of success. This encourages you to hate who you are ... You are you. Your uniqueness should be CELEBRATED not repressed! The only mould you should be trying to fit into is your own We should be spending less time trying to be like someone else or trying to mould into something we will never be & more time embracing our most authentic, best, HIGHEST self which is already inside us all!! This year I was introduced to the concept of my ‘highest self’ & it has helped me IMMENSELY in my personal growth journey. So I want to share a bit more about it with you. In life, we can either choose to be our lowest self or our highest self. Often we are a mix of both. But to really achieve what we want to in life we need to learn how to embody MORE of our highest selves & let go parts of our lowest selves that are holding us back. How do you go about doing this? 1st- Identify what parts of you are your highest self, & which are your highest self. These are some of the qualities of your highest vs lowest self: Highest self: trusts oneself, a leader, takes ownership/responsibility, authentic, takes fearless/fast action, honesty, openness, grateful, seeks growth always, non-judgmental, peaceful, unconditionally accepting of self Lowest self: judgemental/always compares, has an excuse for everything, full of blame, insecure, jealous, stays in comfort zone, dishonest, procrastinator, avoidant, doesn’t trust oneself, always the victim 2nd- BECOME more of your highest self on a daily basis. Really embody the best, most authentic parts of yourself. Do what she would do, say what she would say, make decisions she would make The more you do this, the more success you will have with your goals in life & the happier you will be. So you see, I would NEVER expect you to be anyone but yourself. 12.01.2022 A lot of ladies come to see me to lose weight and have tried every weight loss diet, pill and shake out there. But here’s the thing, the only place all these diets has left them is right back where they started plus feeling tired, defeated and self-conscious. So why do we think that diets are the answer? We keep going back to them even after we are told (and our bodies continuously tell us) that they just don’t work. I see a lot of ladies who really struggle with their energ...y levels and often this is a major goal of theirs, besides to lose weight, to have more energy. But here’s the catch 22. Ladies, do you realise that being overly restrictive with your diet and constantly depriving your body of the nourishment it needs can severely impact your energy levels which then has a negative flow on effect to other aspects of your health? It absolutely does. Whether we realise it or not, those hunger pangs, mood swings and energy slumps we experience when trying a new diet are your body’s way of telling you it’s not happy, something’s not right! 07.01.2022 AVOIDANCE Sweeping things under the rug, ‘I’ll deal with that later’, ‘It’s too hard so I will just ignore it instead of facing it’. I’ve seen it time and time again.... I know for me personally, this way of dealing with issues was something I learned from a young age. It was part of the culture I grew up in. This mindset is so toxic. And will 100% hold you back. Here’s why. 1 Nothing ever gets resolved. No progress is made, we are always stuck. 2 It takes a toll on our mental and physical health to suppress important unresolved issues. 3 Impacts relationships with yourself and others, causing more harm than good in the long-term. So what are you avoiding in your life? Leaving a job that isn’t serving you Talking to your partner about an unresolved issue that’s still important to you Practising self-care regularly because you feel you don’t deserve it What kind of toll is this avoidance really having on your life? On your health??? It’s time to change. Now is your time. As funny as it sounds, avoiding avoidance is the only way to move forward. It doesn’t mean you have to jump head first into resolving each and every problem but it does mean not sweeping it under the rug any longer. 04.01.2022 Dieting has become so normalised in our society that we don’t even realise anymore what damage they are really doing to our health, our body & our lives! But ju...st because diets are considered normal doesn’t mean they are healthy! Studies show that over 75% of women eat, think, or behave "abnormally" around food Do any of these apply to you: You feel guilt or shame about what you eat or don’t eat You stress out about or spend a lot of time thinking about what you eat You feel out of control around food or certain foods You have episodes of bingeing You use food as a reward or punishment You eat based on how you FEEL, regardless of whether your body tells you you are hungry or not Guess what, these are all signs of disordered eating! Do you hear the phrase "disordered eating" or even "eating disorder", & think it can't apply to you? How could it when you are just dieting or trying to get healthier? Plus, you are not skinny or underweight so it can’t be disordered right? Well, it can definitely apply to you, no matter what your real intentions are or what your body type is, the way you eat, any form of dieting or food restriction is disordered eating. And disordered eating can have serious implications for your health! Diets may not seem harmful on the surface, but they keep you disconnected from your body Dieting in a nutshell is when someone/something outside of yourself determines what you eat, when you eat, or how you eat. So they make it impossible for you to honor your body & give it what it needs (nutritionally or otherwise) when you’re caught up trying to follow all these external rules. But don’t worry!! It’s not your fault! Dieting has become so normal in our society that NOT trying to control what you eat seems abnormal. It’s pretty messed up really! 02.01.2022 Are you spending all your time worrying about what other people think? Are you overthinking how others perceive you? Stop worrying about what other people think, it’s holding you back not them! Following your heart and what feels right for you. Trust yourself. Believe in yourself. Nobody in this world knows you better than you know yourself. So why would anyone know better than you when it comes to what’s right for you? Constantly worrying what others think IS getting in the... way of your goals, potential and your mental health. This fear is CRIPPLING your self-belief and holding you back. It causes you to constantly have negative self-talk and question every decision you make. Until you learn to let go of what others think and be confident in yourself and your choices, you will be stuck feeling self-conscious, lacking self-confidence and doubting yourself. You will always be a follower, never a leader in your own life. If I had listened to the people who told me I was crazy for leaving my job during a pandemic and going after my dream, I would be stuck working for someone else somewhere where I didn’t feel valued and I wouldn’t be doing what I love every day and working where my true passion lies.
