25.01.2022 If you try to unravel all the mysteries around you right now you will find it futile. As comfortable and as reassuring as ‘knowing’ is - we don’t need to know,... we just want to know. Like children who do not have the capacity to grasp complexities of a situation and yet are scared of being left out of something. Fear. Always that return to a fear state because we are trained to worry about what we cannot control and rather than choose to pay mindfulness to our present we attempt to control what is not ours to control because we are addicted without even realising it to that negative feedback and co-dependant surge we get from fear. A large part of what is happening is the breakdown of the 3D illusions of control and we are being forced into the 5D where faith and trust in higher powers is being strengthened by our current walk to personal transformations amidst total global chaos. For each of us this time is bringing up everything within us that is rooted in fear - fear of inadequacy, fear in self or self limiting belief systems, our fears of others and our fear related relationships with our 3D world are coming up to be examined. For the framework that created this belief to be shattered so we rebuild ourselves with the information we have now and are able to create an enlightened growth driven frame work through our lives going forwards. Eliminating the pain our hurt inner child contributes deep in our psyche which has previously caused our personal world and the wider world around us we interact with, to be unstable. At this time we are removing the mental, emotional and physical manifestations of deep fears and abandonment which will allow us to move into the new 5D energy that is growing around us with a new mindset that is created on reflection of the past without the crippling impacts of chaos and fear so that the next decade of our lives can grow in unprecedented possibility instead of being predictably handicapped by our deep grief and loss. This age is giving birth to a time of peace and joy and a rebirthing of social and economical structures and even to the relationship we have with ourselves. Your relationship to your careers, family and self are being recreated all at once and your part in this is simple. Beyond the trauma chaos and fear, your part at this time is to make a choice. Fear or FAITH. Now to me, this isn’t about choosing a deity or religion. It isn’t time to delve deep into your theosophical principles unless you feel inclined. This lesson is about your power to CHOOSE. Your power to actively recognise that YOU are the power governing your life beyond all the crises, chaos and deep societal changes surrounding us. That sometimes we have to have FAITH in our own deep inner knowing and that intuition is born into all of us. It is our birthright as human beings and when active creates deeply connected and kinder living. When we are in a space where more humans have CHOSEN their inner knowing and path then their connection to themselves and loved ones. then and only then - will we see a spread of love accross the civilisations on the planet that will give us the reason to want to confront and confound our past belief in our divinity and find our very own divine truth. 19.01.2022 Be gentle with yourself. This darkness we are walking out at this time is disorientating. There is a bewildering sense of knowing we are done here in this place in our lives right now but the path ahead still feels darker than we would like. There is vision - but for only a step or two in front and those steps require us to have courage right now. Courage at a time when we are struggling to find things to base that courage in. Courage based on faith and trust that we can sta...nd strong in the light. Darkness hides our sins, no doubt. It covers our mistakes and it gives our deepest shadow selves the illusion of freedom, but darkness imprisons us in our own thoughts. Our mistakes from the past have been echoed by our fears in this darkness and made to appear solid and set in stone to give us shadows of the past as our future - but your future if you take one small step at a time out into that light will have no disfigured mistakes in the shadows, because dear soul - you have learned those lessons already. It is an oxymoron we all create in our minds. The very fear you have means you have learned and once you have learned you simply will never make the same mistake again. 18.01.2022 We are learning at this time about stillness We have all spent the last decade or more in a perpetual state of motion. For most of us that state has been every day of our lives since birth. Every choice is a response to stimulus. A momentary action, reaction, response or acknowledgement to every piece of information that the physical world presents around us. And we are in chaos. Perpetual chaos.... Fear rates have skyrocketed and love has become something we have only dedicated fleeting moments to feel in between the chaos. Love is worth so much more. It is a dedication, a lifestyle and deserves more time than just the moments that it swells in our chest as an autonomic response. It should be a state of grace we can choose - just as we choose our clothing or a movie. So we are being forced into stillness. Made to stop. Taught in so many ways by our own fear, using universal love and truth to make us recognise that in chaos we will choose love. Do we stop because of a fear of a virus? It may seem so but no. Most of us it will be a deep common cold if we are lucky. No we choose stillness, isolation and rest because WE LOVE. To protect our loved ones. To protect our neighbourhoods and to protect our children. We choose to go within our homes, within our family units creating stillness in our crazy routines so we can honour our own Health and grow that love. This started as a time of disconnection and yet as a civilisation we are connecting to grow and change our responses to a common threat. Not since 9/11 have We seen such a globally connected response and that response is born from love, respect and mutual desire to protect each other. Stillness is grace and grace is love. The deepest, most mindful act of self love that gives its gratuity back to a world in crisis. So allow yourself to appreciate the stillness and value it rather than fight against it. 15.01.2022 Shared from Alex Myles - Over this past week, as Saturn Retrograde was coming to a close and the powerful karmic energy of the past 5 months was concluding, our emotions may have felt overwhelming and even debilitating at times. We might have been switching between intense waves of sadness and bliss, and possibly felt highly irritable, impatient, emotional, fatigued and anxious. It is also highly possibly that over these past few days, we might have had an extremely strong im...pulse to tantrum, quit and throw everything away and start anew, including relationships, friendships, personal belongings and maybe even careers. This is the reason it is always advisable to wait until at least a week after a retrograde ends before finalising life-changing decisions. This retrograde delivered a major shake-up that allowed us to clearly see who and what was in our lives and illuminated the true purpose and intention at the root of each connection and commitment. It also highlighted the importance of placing our valuable energy in the right areas, and it gifted us the ability to see if we were effectively prioritising our time, loyalty, dedication, and affection. Saturn retrograde was all about learning from past mistakes and reviewing our previous, current and potential future life-choices. As uncomfortable as it may have been, over the past few months we will have felt compelled to revisit and dig deeply into our past so that we could unblock stagnant and unresolved emotions, heal old trauma and process, release and clear all old karmic energy. 06.01.2022 My life now revolves around this. I am succeeding in learning to NOT fight against my limits but instead to rest and that is teaching me patience and reward. It’s been a journey to be in this place mentally. My life long learned behaviour to push myself when I am at empty and to not stop pushing - is gone. I will not stretch my resources consciously anymore. Unconsciously it happens and goes lockstep with anxiety, fear and lower vibrational states but once I realise I am resp...onding in unconscious behaviours I stop. 04.01.2022 The problem with being an empathic human is without resolving the us from the other, we can feel crazy all of the time. . It seems like we haven't really slept ...in years. It seems like we are never in peace and yet we are also never far from it. It seems we are happiness adjacent instead of actually happy. Confidence adjacent rather than secure in our confidence. . We spend every day surrounded by a whole planet of souls in a constant state of evolution, transitioning and growing with a swift pace who are surviving massive paradigm shifting crisis in so many different ways. Our body has such a highly developed fight/fight instinct that this unsafe feeling is created and we are flooded with the adrenaline it creates - it has to go somewhere. Most often it is channelled into anxiety and when that doesn’t have any room to stretch its legs and get us away from what makes us feel unsafe it evolves itself into camouflaging or hiding for safety - which can take us to depression and darkness. .
