25.01.2022 PAPER DAISY was very impressive on debut yesterday at Kembla. Up against older horses, the Pride Racing trained 2yo filly by Vinery Stud’s Press Statement benefited from a great ride by Tyler Schiller, and once putting it together in the final stages, pulled away to win by 1.5 lengths. With plenty still to learn, she looks to have an exciting career ahead of her! Racing NSW

25.01.2022 HANDLE THE TRUTH stormed home to win the National Sprint at Canberra today. Jumping from an awkward barrier, jockey Nash Rawiller had to take him to the tail of the field, before peeling to the outside and letting down a powerful sprint to come over the top and take out the listed event. Big thanks to Nash for a great, patient ride, and also the Keith Dryden Racing team for bringing him back in terrific order.

24.01.2022 Rebel Dane is on the board! A smart win at his second career start for the @matthewdunnracing trained 2yo Subterranean. Well done to @grant_bloodstock and their fellow owners. He looks to have a bright career!

24.01.2022 Fantastic to see our old mate Monners relishing his new career Louis Mihalyka

23.01.2022 GUNGA DIN took out the Narrandera Cup on Sunday, with Brendan Ward in the saddle. Settling just worse than midfield, Brendan had him settled before taking off around the field coming round the turn to get him into clear running in the straight, where he was way too strong, winning by 2.5 lengths. Another winner for Keith Dryden Racing who is on fire. Congrats also to our fellow owners. Racing NSW

22.01.2022 What a day for the team at Canberra! Wandonna breaking her maiden in style by 7 lengths, Express Courier continuing his outstanding form taking out The Federal, Wichita Warrior one of the only horses to make up ground to flash home for 2nd, and Shores Of Avalon resuming with a hard fought win in the last. A huge congrats to our fellow owners and another big thanks to the team at Keith Dryden Racing for having the team spot on. May the champagne flow!

22.01.2022 We tried to buy Lot 653 by Zoustar x Positive Problems for same price it was knocked down to Gai & Adrian. When we discovered the horse was still available, we bought her for Laurel Oak clients. We are super happy and excited to have our first Laurel Oak horse with Gai & Adrian!

21.01.2022 WICHITA WARRIOR took out the TAB Federal today at Canberra, continuing his impressive first racing prep. It was an absolute peach of a ride by Brodie Loy who had Wally settled midfield, before getting him to the better running on the outside rail, with Wally finishing off beautifully in the Canberra slop to score by a length. He now heads out to the paddock for a well earned break. With plenty of improvement still in him, there are some very excited owners in the group! Thanks again to the team at Keith Dryden Racing, who had another fantastic day out!

21.01.2022 SAIGON made it two on the trot today, taking out the last at Kembla. Settling near the tail of the field, three wide but with cover, Tommy Berry, who picked up the ride this morning, got going round the field to give Saigon clear running in the straight, eventually being too strong to get the bikkies by just under a length. It gave Tommy four wins for the day. Thanks to Chris Waller Racing and congrats to our fellow owners!

21.01.2022 Looks like Paper Daisy is heading to the Inglis Millennium at Randwick on 5 February. Very exciting!!

20.01.2022 Return of the winning owner photo!

18.01.2022 WANDONNA makes it three wins in a row, taking out the aptly named Keith Dryden Racing Handicap by close to three lengths, following a great ride by Brendan Ward from a tricky barrier. Thrilled to have a winner on a great day at Thoroughbred Park for the Keith Dryden Racing Laurel Oak Bloodstock Road To The Jericho Day! With congrats once again going to the Keith and the team who had another day out!

17.01.2022 DESERT PATH took out the 1st at Rosehill today, with Nash Rawiller continuing his successful association with him. After getting shuffled back to be 2nd last throughout, Desert Path out stayed his rivals to beat home the short priced favourite on the line. Thanks to the Chris Waller Racing team. There’ll be some very happy owners today! Racing NSW

17.01.2022 SISSECK broke his maiden today in a tight finish at Wagga. First up over 1300m and having his first start for the Keith Dryden Racing camp, Sisseck got there just in time after a well judged ride from Simon Miller. With him indicating he will appreciate further, we look forward to a promising prep!

16.01.2022 The ever consistent GOVERNOR LANDY notched up his 3rd career win with a convincing effort at Ballarat today. Super ride by Michael Dee and well done to the Tony Noonan Racing team for having him spot on!

15.01.2022 We’ve struck again, this time with this handsome fellow, lot 859 by Dissident x Sweet Redemption from the Newgate Farm draft. With Gai training his dam, there’s no better person to train him, meaning we’ve gone from none to two in an hour with Gai and Adrian!

14.01.2022 There’s going to be lots of singing tonight!

14.01.2022 Delighted to have secured lot 377 at Magic Millions, a lovely filly from Darley’s Impending’s first crop, out of High Harmony (High Chaparral). Presented by Redbank North, we will be continuing our long and successful association with Keith Dryden Racing. A link to her pedigree is below: https://catalogue.magicmillions.com.au/lot/21GPR/377

13.01.2022 Some happy owners!

13.01.2022 Resuming from a spell, PROMADA broke her maiden today at Kilmore with a tough win. Jumping from an awkward gate, jockey Jake Noonan did a super job to quickly get into an ideal one out one back position, and once he did, the confidence grew, and rightly so, with Promada going on to score a good win at her 3rd career start. With plenty more still to learn, she looks to have a promising career in front of her. Well done to the Tony Noonan Racing team for placing her beautifully and bringing her back in super order.

12.01.2022 AND IT’S OFFICIAL, LEO IS IN! We are thrilled to be the first horse confirmed for #thekosciuszko, chosen by the winning ticket holder from Strathfield TAB. Exciting times for our fellow owners and the slot holders as it’s now all systems go to go back to back! Keith Dryden Racing

12.01.2022 SAIGON goes boom, going home best to take out the 6th at Randwick. Resuming over 1400m, she settled near the tail of the field before a great ride by @tommyberry1991 got her to the outside to finish the strongest. The team at @chris_waller_racing has brought her back in great order and we look forward to an exciting prep! Racing NSW

12.01.2022 In what might’ve been a first for Laurel Oak, EXCELTIC won on protest against ACCELERATO. Racing for opposing camps, it was the Pride Racing Accelerato who crossed the line first, but after veering out in the closing stages, the stewards adjudged the Portelli Racing Gary Portelli trained Exceltic to be the winner. Either way, both horses relished the conditions in resuming and look to have come back in great order!

12.01.2022 WICHITA WARRIOR, affectionately known as Wally, brought up his third win of his first racing prep this afternoon at Goulburn. Stepping out to the mile for the first time, jockey Brodie Loy continued his successful affiliation with Wally, securing the box seat position in running after being a touch slow away, before getting him into the clear upon turning, with Wally showing a nice turn of foot to run down the leaders and score by over a length. Once again, big thanks to Keith Dryden Racing for placing him so well. And with plenty of improvement still left in him, there are exciting times ahead! Video Credit: Racing NSW

11.01.2022 A fantastic shot this morning by Ashlea Brennan of our Gary Portelli trained Silver Thorn

11.01.2022 CATHAY closed out a fantastic season for us at Laurel Oak, taking out the last at Hawkesbury today. Coming off her maiden win at her 2nd career start, the 2yo Deep Field filly defied the stats to win at her immediate start following her maiden win, with jockey Kathy O'Hara continuing the successful association. Thanks to Gary Portelli and the team Portelli Racing and congrats to our fellow connections! Racing NSW

10.01.2022 Big day for Kosciuszko ticket holders & connections of potential runners including Laurel Oak Bloodstock & Keith Dryden Racing. Ticket draw today & slot allocation starts in earnest. We are hoping last year’s winner Handle The Truth gets a slot. He is in great order - last start 2nd to Viridine (who would start odds-on in a Kosciuszko), fast trial winner in last week, Nash Rawiller booked to ride.

10.01.2022 LOT’S WIFE resumed with a strong win at the Gold Coast yesterday. After being stuck 3 wide for a good portion of the race after jumping from an awkward barrier, jockey Robbie Fradd eventually got outside the leader, before Lot’s Wife showed a good kick in the final stages to win by 1.25L. Thanks to Edmonds Racing for having her in tip top order 1st up. She looks to be in for a good prep! Racing QLD

09.01.2022 We’ve made this handsome fellow, lot 110, our first purchase at Inglis Classic. He is from Invader’s first crop out of stakes placed mare Lipizzan. Prepared by Grant Bloodstock, he will be trained by Gary Portelli, as he loved him and would’ve bought him if we didn’t!

08.01.2022 SAIGON made it three on the trot today, with a last to first win over 1550m at Canterbury today. Settling at the tail of the field, Saigon did it all herself, rounding the field to reel them in in the straight, and then to hold off the challenger to allow @tommyberry1991 to continue his winning association with her. Thanks to @chris_waller_racing who has her going beautifully this prep! Racing NSW

08.01.2022 It was all eyes on the Deagon trials this morning with the first ever trialler by a Rebel Dane offspring going round in heat 7. And it was a very enjoyable watch, with Subterranean, bred by Grant Bloodstock and trained by Matthew Dunn Racing, taking out the 2yo heat in dominant fashion. With good reports also coming from other trainers with Rebel Dane offspring, it’s a very encouraging start to our former stable stars breeding career, who stands at Glen Eden Stud for $5k incl GST. Thoroughbred Breeders Victoria

08.01.2022 DESERT PATH out-stayed his rivals over 2400m today at Rosehill, taking out the 5th race. Settling closer this time, jockey Nash Rawiller didn’t panic when the leader got out to a big lead, getting a nice trail before finishing too strong to win by over 2L. Thanks to the team at Chris Waller Racing and well done to our fellow connections. Racing NSW

08.01.2022 Delighted to have secured these two beauties today at Inglis. Lot 386 from the Yarraman Park Stud draft is a Sebring filly out of stakes winning mare Tawteen. Her trainer is undecided but she is from a quality family. And lot 443 is this handsome American Pharoah colt who, excitedly, is out of a half sister to our wonderful Tony Noonan Racing trained Gr3 winning mare Be Positive, and he will of course be heading to Mornington to be trained by Tony. 07.01.2022 We are delighted that our recently retired Waiheke will be heading to such a great organisation. We look forward to following his progress!

06.01.2022 Delighted to have picked up Lot 322 from the Sledmere Stud draft at Inglis Weanling Sale, a half brother to our stakes winner Pancho, by Newgate Farm Russian Revolution. Looking forward to getting him to the track!

06.01.2022 It took her to her 15th start to break her maiden, but WANDONNA has now won two on the trot by a combined 10 lengths, winning impressively at Canberra yesterday. Jumping from the widest gate, Brendan Ward went forward and was able to get into a two wide position behind the leaders, before proving way too strong in the straight to win by 3. Congrats to our fellow owners who have been patient and once again well done to the Keith Dryden Racing team!

06.01.2022 Leo on track for another shot at The Kosciuszko

05.01.2022 PICARO came from last to get the job done at Randwick Kensington today. Third up this prep after two good runs in Saturday company, James McDonald took him to the outside to round the field before Picaro knuckled down to win by half a length. That’s our 2nd winner in as many days for Gary Portelli Portelli Racing! Congrats to our fellow owners

04.01.2022 Thrilled to have kicked off our 2021 acquisitions at Magic Millions, picking up lot 66 from the Newgate Farm draft. A full sister to current Blue Diamond 2nd fav Profiteer, this beautiful Capitalist filly, who is out of stakes placed Snitzel mare Athena Lass, looks to be a 2yo type and will be trained by Mark Newnham Racing. A link to her pedigree is below: https://catalogue.magicmillions.com.au/lot/21GPR/66

03.01.2022 GUNGA DIN was the better horse, taking out the TAB Federal. After a patient ride by young Heni Ede, he flew home down the outside to take the choccies. Another great day for the Keith Dryden Racing team!

02.01.2022 FANGELA broke his maiden at his second career start yesterday at Moruya, getting the bob of the head to take out the first. A home bred by The Factor, it was great to see him show the determination to get the job done after a great ride by Brendan Ward. Congrats to our fellow owners and thanks yet again to the team at @keithdrydenracing! Racing NSW

01.01.2022 CATHAY broke her maiden today at Gosford at her 2nd career start. Kathy O'Hara had the 2yo Deep Field filly sitting 2nd just behind the leader throughout, before being too strong in the straight in what was a slowly run race. Well done to our fellow owners and thanks to Gary Portelli and the Portelli Racing team! Racing NSW
