23.01.2022 My happy place. Feeling grounded and working from my home office today. I have a desk but prefer to work in this space instead. If youre one of the amazing agents that uses their operating program to its full potential, it means I can assist you without even stepping foot in your office. If you wake up feeling under the weather or have little humans needing your undivided attention, I have you covered. ... Working remotely has never been so easy. Feel free to call and we can discuss how I can help transition your portfolio towards paper-less, making it attainable via remote access and ensure your cyber security is up to speed.

21.01.2022 "Lauren is so fantastic. She was hired to cover holidays for myself and it was absolute heaven to be able to take leave and not worry about a thing. I had previously worked along side Lauren and knew she would always be our first option for any required temp work. Highly recommend Lauren and her settlement experience to anyone. Thank you again :) Same time next year? haha x " Thanks Lisa @ Dolphin Settlements for your feedback and review.

17.01.2022 Thinking of buying or building a new home? There will be things you take for granted when purchasing a new home such as access to water and electricity but what... about a landline or your WIFI? Could you imagine a night without your Foxtel or Netflix? Ok its a first world problem big deal, but what if your income relied upon fast reliable internet connection from home? What are the costs in connecting? The Department of Communications and the Arts has recently announced a new policy on the responsibilities of both buyers and developers with regards to telecommunications connection. While the policy is likely to become well known amongst established developers the policy is not a contractual matter in relation to the settlement of property in WA and therefore, if you are subdividing your property or buying land to build your home theres some important considerations. https://www.communications.gov.au//telecommunications-new- See more
17.01.2022 I received a lovely review this morning from an anonymous source via my website. Any takers? PS. Thank you "Lauren was professional, friendly, calm, approachable, knowledgeable and just bloody amazing.... She was easy to deal with and just slipped right in to place. She uses her initiative to its upmost proficiency. Lauren was able to cope with our busy office and provide support to junior staff. Laurens communication skills are to be admired. I would use Laurens services again in a heart beat, and have already recommended her to a friend."

14.01.2022 #BREAKING: The State Government will introduce new legislation to remove the requirement for residents to get planning approval to build a deck, patio, shed or ...pergola in their backyard. STORY | https://ab.co/2AKZ2Ut. "A household who wants to put up a shed or a patio or some shade sails, to have to get planning approval from the local council is expensive and unnecessary," Premier Mark McGowan said. The Premier said the Government had brought forward its planning reform package in a bid to stimulate the economy and create jobs amid the coronavirus pandemic. They will also include measures to cut red tape for small businesses wanting to start up or adapt and will introduce a new development application process for "significant" projects for the next 18 months to provide immediate support for the states economic recovery. These reforms allow us to clear that red tape away and ensure that we get major developers and minor developers and householders and small businesses the opportunity to get their projects underway far more quickly, Mr McGowan said.

Because of our spike in portfolio sizes, I’m getting calls and messages at all hours of the day and night. Im feeling the love! That said, the best place to reach me at the moment is on email: [email protected] ... I will respond as soon as humanly possible so that I can remain fully present in the office I am booked at each day and get a good sleep each night. It’s my promise to reply to your emails within 24hrs. Also worth noting my live availability calendar is updated weekly not daily at the moment. Thanks for understanding gorgeous people. 09.01.2022 Urgent sale required for modern 3 bedroom residence in a cul de sac in Ardross for $23800. East Fremantle with views , tennis court and a laundry, yes a laundry... for $28000 and if you have a little to spare, how about the block next door for another $10500? Not keen on suburbia then maybe a block for $2750 in Roleystone suits you? All relative back in the day but wow that sounds cheap.

02.01.2022 Did you know that as of July 1st whether you are buying or selling a property, a goods and services tax (GST) may be payable to the Australian Taxation Office a...t settlement. This is not a new tax just an efficient way of ensuring GST is collected. Paying GST is a shared responsibility that requires the real-estate agent to provide accurate and timely information ensuring the seller understands their obligation to notify the buyer if GST is applicable. As a general rule, GST will only be applicable if the seller is registered for GST and the sale is of a new residential home or land. If in doubt, speak to your taxation professional to understand your obligations to pay GST. Buyers must ensure GST is made payable to the ATO either by cheque or electronic fund transfer at settlement. This can be completed by your settlement agent for a modest fee. Failure to disclosure or pay GST can result in penalties so its important that you understand your obligation. If you are considering purchasing a new home or vacant land, avoid the heart break of costly mistakes or unexpected costs, have a licensed settlement agent prepare your contract offer.
