23.01.2022 The breaking of illusion has us all holding our hearts. What we did not know, what we did not see, what we did not hear. The mirage we held in its place.... It is not what has changed for each of us that has left us shattered, but the realisation that behind the not knowing was really a knowing that we just did not want to tap into. Because we all know. Deep, deep down in the shadows that we keep. We all know. Letting ourselves fall, surrender and embrace that knowing requires so much more courage and conviction than we think we can spare. Because we are so tired from holding the ‘other’ picture up there. The time has come for us to step forward and stand tall. For each of us to hold ourselves, instead of all that was false. The veils have lifted, and we can see so much more than ever before. Perhaps it is a career, a relationship (or 3 or 4); or perhaps everything that you have ever known has just come crashing to the floor. What you once thought you knew, who you once thought you were, who you once wanted to be; suddenly no more. Which begs the question of how could this be so? For surely if there was something true, surely you would know? And now we come full circle, as deep, deep down you do. For behind the not knowing is the knowing that you did not want to tap into. 17.01.2022 Resistance. It sits heavy. The black cloud shutting out the light, holding strong the darkness.... Stifling the flame, dashing hope on each horizon. And we can know it does not serve us. We can know it does not help. We can know it holds us back. We can know so many things with our intellectual minds. But it is our heart that needs to know. Our heart that needs to feel. Our heart that needs to release. It is our heart that has the power to disarm this energetic armour, a creation born of ego. And I hear you whipser, but how? In the quiet, in the silent reflection of your being, where there are no words, no opinions, no judgements circling. Where you can take deep breaths and hold space for your own healing. Where you can feel into the fear that emmanates from the ego. Feel down, feel deep, into the fear that drives its existence. Your presence in this darkness shines the light, and in Divine time you will come to realise it is a scared child, programmed for survival and protection, that puts up the shields to hide you and your light from the world. As the leaves fall, and the flowers grow. It is everywhere you see, and where you do not especially. Although shadows may seem to hide, there is a heart in every lie. It may be broken, it may be small. But a heart has love, even when it falls. I am here for love, it transcends time and space. It lives in every moment, every connection, every embrace. There is no need to seek, to find. Love is there, It is yours and mine. So if your joy feels more like sorrow, know that there is always tomorrow. Do you exercise and eat well because you fear rejection and ridicule, or maybe illness?... Do you do ‘all the things’ for all the people in your life to be accepted? You can feel the thread of energy running through these questions, and if you had a little nod inside, or maybe one that was rather emphatic; you have been creating from your wounding, and it is time to release your baggage. You see challenges arise to offer us the opportunity to level up, to grow and expand in consciousness, as a Soul. It is our protective, but misled ego, that thrashes around in the energy of fear and tries to keep us small. It is our ego that says do not go there, because here, see this? Remember this wound? It is not safe out there. Stay here, be with me; let’s give this growth a miss. If there is a wound that we have not healed, one that we were never allowed to feel; we cannot create or live from love, as to heal we first must feel. 03.01.2022 We all do it. We do things that are not for ourselves. We do them out of fear of not upsetting others. Effectively, we are diminishing the desire, the flame, the needs of ourselves, for fear of another’s reaction.... And our discomfort to it. We do not like to feel uncomfortable. We have all been doing it for as long as we can remember, in some way, shape or form. We think that there is something noble about putting ourselves last and being that person that everyone else can rely on to make their world right. Even the thought of doing otherwise is guilt-provoking, heart-breaking and gut-wrenching. But when is enough, enough? When do we realise that our world has been spinning on the wrong axis? That it is out of alignment. That we are out of alignment. Perhaps we lack energy, feel depressed, stressed, overwhelmed, cannot sleep, cannot eat perhaps we have an array of medical issues and the pills to ‘fix’ them. Or, perhaps, one day, we simply wake up and realise that we are not happy. That we have been honouring someone else, or everyone else, and not ourselves. Who do you honour? It is not that we should not be kind, helpful and loving - these are very important states of being. But who is honouring the very core of your being? We all need to honour ourselves. Our feelings. Our desires. Our sorrows. Our joy. If we ignore the way we feel, and push it down not to hurt someone else, we hurt ourselves. We send a message to our mind and body that they do not matter as much as that other person/problem/whatever and then we suffer. The vibration lives in our energy field and then eventually manifests physically, and we end up as sick as the hurt we placed on ourselves. If we could all be true to ourselves. If we could live and love authentically with an open heart and mind. If we could honour ourselves and in doing so honour each other from that essence of truth. well just imagine.
