13.01.2022 An LNP Government will deliver a new pool at Milton State School that is longer, wider and less reliant on chemicals. It will give students and other local schools and community groups more access to enjoy the new modern pool. This exciting announcement was made with Shadow Education Minister Jarrod Bleijie MP #newdayformaiwar #MiltonStateSchool #newpool #Maiwar

08.01.2022 It's Election Day! My reasons for running for the seat of Maiwar remain the same - our children deserve more. Today, your vote counts. It will determine the state's future, as well as yours. The LNP has a plan for the future and for Maiwar. If elected, you can expect the following commitments in Maiwar; a commitment and action that a fence will not go ahead at QASMT. a new police beat in Toowong. a $250 million duplication of the Centenary Bridge.... a new pool at Milton State School. new air conditioning for the hall at Ironside State School. a $1 million upgrade to the Bardon roundabout. more trees for koalas at Mount Coot-tha and 3D printed nesting boxes for the powerful owl, gliders and birds. a new wetland area at Indooroopilly off Russell Terrace, environmental works extending from Tarcoola Track down to Indooroopilly, as well as Cliveden Park to Rainbow Forest. Free off-peak travel for seniors and student travel vouchers. All of these pledges are my commitment to you. You'll also get a team committed to rebuilding our state and fighting for small businesses, jobs and the economy. Let's get Queensland working again.
05.01.2022 An LNP Government will fix the Bardon roundabout, once and for all! This will include proper signage before the crossing, Slow for Sam signs, and a noise wall extension along Boundary Road. #Bardon #roundabout #Maiwar

05.01.2022 NO FENCE AT QASMT: An LNP Government will ensure a fence is NOT built at QASMT, so locals can continue to enjoy green space and the community garden. Only the LNP is pledging that a fence will NOT go ahead. Labor will only delay the fence, while the Greens candidate is powerless - he can only ever do what Labor decides. To stop a fence at QASMT, you must vote for an LNP Government. We have pledged this commitment and will deliver it under an LNP Government. I have spoken to many locals about this issue, who want to ensure they can continue to enjoy green space in their local neighbourhood. I will make sure this happens. #QASMT #greenspace #Maiwar
03.01.2022 A vote for the Greens will deliver another term of a Labor government. Don't risk it.
01.01.2022 This is your how to vote card for Maiwar - Let’s get Queensland working again!
