25.01.2022 Here is a day in the life of running my Training and Coaching Company. Every day in my business where I work 3 days a week on it plus sometimes weekends around my family time, is totally different. I do 1:1 transformational coaching which means I use processes that connect deeply with our unconscious mind, to clear away old programming, old limiting beliefs and negative emotions that are unconsciously creating our current reality. When we change these things at a deep leve...l we truly transform our world and the way we behave is organically different as an outcome. I also teach many human potential programs so before I have a marketing team behind me, I'm it. I not only teach these programs but I have to of course educate people on all the opportunites I offer and I do this by creating information online in the form of free challenges, free masterclasses, hosting my FB Group community, emailing my community and sending videos of me speaking. Plus making sure all info is clearly on my websites...it is A LOT. I do have an amazing virtual assistant who can help me with online tasks so I can stay in my genius as much as possible. As I grow, I'd love to have a team of people who can do a lot of the things outside of my genius zone so I can purely focus on teaching and coaching...and writing and sharing more of how I can help you. Until then, I'm doing all the things and growing my own family with wanting to receive our next family member in my womb. I'm declaring that now because this is where we are at personally and it's good to share behind the scenes too. Life is full. 16.01.2022 I did these paintings back in 2015. I was guided by a facilitator to think about my business and by painting anything I wanted that symbolised the aspect of my contribution. As I read the words today they are still relevant and stand true. I am a heart driven example of loving life, shining the light for others to uncover their best life. I guide my beloveds to their own self truth, potential and to connect them to their marriage of sacred love within. ... _____________________________________ It's my truth, my legacy to guide others in hope they can have and furthermore have the tools on the path to create a life they love. _____________________________________ My vision for the world is for greater consciousness and for as many people as possible to awaken, to further rise and experience greater consciousness in their own life. I will make this happen, do my part by being the change I wish to see in the world. I walk my truth, create my bestife and create nurturing avenues for people to join me. _____________________________________ My beloveds are caring, vulnerable and empath souls who feel that there must be more to life than fitting into structures they've been told to live by. They feel they need permission to cherish and adore who they are first! _____________________________________ My offerings to my beloveds are 1 to 1 guidance, online programs, books, my podcast (that's been on hold), training and retreats. 14.01.2022 To me, self love is all about the way we come back home to ourselves. It is the way we act, reflect, learn and then let go if we need to forgive ourselves for something. Life is not perfect, we are beautifully not perfect and so we need to realistically allow ourselves to be all of who we are to to just strive to be better when we need to. Self love is the underlaying way we come back to ourselves when we feel we have gone off path by comparison, self criticism and judgement or by behaviours that are not aligned to our heart and highest priorities. Self love is a process and a relationship with our self. It is the most important relationship of our lives. Treasure it. Treasure you!

05.01.2022 Changing my business name from Results with Lauren to Love Life with Lauren totally aligned my authentic self to a match of the expression of me through my business. From sounding like I was a maths tutor (yes someone asked me if I was when they saw my Results with Lauren coaching business card) to creating a business that finally aligned to my 3 passion and purpose archetypes 1) The Lovers...hence Love Life 2) Innocent Adventurer...hence the word Inspiring in my tagline and... 3) Creative Nurturer...hence nurturing you in my tagline. Love Life with Lauren. Inspiring and Nurturing a Happier You! The thing with this business name though is this idea that we need to love life all the time and what does that actually mean? To me, it definately doesn't mean trying to have the unrealistic goal of being happy ALL the time. Rather, having a deep appreciation for what we do have regardless! What does loving life mean to you?

01.01.2022 Some days as a parent are just brutal That's all I have to say. I was writing a much more detailed caption and then changed my mind on posting it at all. But I've come back full circle to post something because I think it's most helpful when we can be really real with eachother. I'm not interested in being a highlight reel on socials, I think this is a place for mindful vulnerability and truth. I took this photo when my 3 year old didn't want anything from me and just wa...nted to pace the garden with her big emotions. We all have big emotions. Some days are just down right shit storms amongst the moments of beauty and gratitude. When it's hard it feels like it will break you. I just want to go to bed and shut all the hardness out. But then it passes. Until the next hard moment. Parenting is not always easy, pleasant or amazingly beautiful. It is always one of the biggest places of growth and rewards though. It's life hey, parent or not. We're all amazing!
