Did you know that not all landlords insurance policies are valid once your tenants fixed term agreemen...t rolls over to a periodic agreement? Is your landlords insurance a full coverage policy? In my experience, a landlord specific insurer is the only way to go. I hope this message encourages you to compare policys to ensure... you're insured. 09.01.2022 I celebrated my birthday with my family slash @harcourts_buderim team (same same!) in the office today. Even Lacey managed to convince me to let her take the day off and come to work with me. My birthday cake was a platter of @thewhiteoakcoffee decadent donuts which was an amazing choice. Thanks to my wonderful work family for making me feel special today. I was gifted with a retractable garden hose that I was very excited about I’m well and truly in my 30’s now.

07.01.2022 On Friday I was invited to speak to Burnside State High School students about renting after school including tips for a successful application and how to be the best possible tenant to set yourself up with positive rental history. Although public speaking isn’t my jam it surprised me how comfortable I was chatting with the teens and enjoyed some great questions from some curious students. Thank you Mrs Jackson for inviting me to speak to your students! 05.01.2022 On Saturday my Brother’s and I took our Dad on a brewery tour with Sunshine Coast Craft Beer Tours for his 70th birthday, and it was one of the best days out we have had! We did the Hinterland ExBeerience tour visiting Your Mates Brewing Co., Brouhaha Brewery and Glass House Brewery. Josh the business owner and our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable of the craft beer industry and the Sunshine Coast region. With Father’s Day coming up, I highly recommend Sunshine Coast Craft Beer Tour for Dad, he’ll love it!

04.01.2022 I had a lovely visit to the hinterland on the weekend with the first stop to check out funky new coffee and plant shop Aloe Flora in Maleny With a stunning, well priced range of plants, pots and gifts with great coffee - this gorgeous shop is definitely worth a look on your next Maleny visit. I mean... coffee and plants do I need to say any more?

04.01.2022 I’ve been out of action the past couple of days... After almost 2 decades of wearing glasses, yesterday I bit the bullet and had laser eye surgery! I was quite nervous leading up to the surgery, but once it was over and I’ve recovered after 1 night I cannot get over how simple the procedure was and how life changing the effects are. Highly recommend LASERSIGHT Maroochydore the staff were all absolutely wonderful and the whole thing was seamless. Anyone who’s been sitting ...on the fence but too nervous, it is such a quick, easy and painless experience - go for it!
