13.01.2022 Just a little note to let you all know that I won’t be practising remedial massage for the time being. As always .... it’s Health First. Remember that bucket of resources I always talk about.... it’s time to reach for some of the self managing options. Listen to your body. Keep your body moving in any way that you can. Let yourself out of your head and into your body daily. Don’t forget to breathe. Try to stay well, everything else can be sorted out afterwards. Lots of See you on the other side. Lauren X
