13.01.2022 Just a little note to let you all know that I won’t be practising remedial massage for the time being. As always .... it’s Health First. Remember that bucket of resources I always talk about.... it’s time to reach for some of the self managing options. Listen to your body. Keep your body moving in any way that you can.
