04.01.2022 The Galette des Rois is a traditional French delicacy baked for Epiphany and celebrated at the end of the Christmas season. In stores from December 31st until the 3rd of January. Composed of puff pastry, almond cream and a small charm, the fève (little figurine), hidden inside to be discovered. The one who finds the fève is crowned and chooses his or her King or Queen for the day, whilst having all of their greatest wishes realised.
