22.01.2022 #CaseStudy So I recently had a client who was struggling with overwhelm because of a massive work contract. They’d had loads of pressure put on them at work, the deadline for this contract was looming and one of their employees had suddenly left, without notice. ... There was big money involved and my client described the pressure they were feeling from this job was a 15 out of 10! Huge pressure that felt overwhelming and crushing. During a session over the phone (yep - clearing energy works at any distance) we were able to release from the clients energy systems and emotions : pressure overwhelm fear anger and frustration hopelessness And loads more. By the end of the 55min session with me, the feeling of stress/ pressure from this work contract was 1 out of 10 !! Sooo much better. Their whole body felt lighter, more relaxed and when I walked them through a visualisation of going back into work, the words were ... I know it’s all going to work out. 19.01.2022 From little things, big things grow..! That’s a great line in a Paul Kelly song. But can a small change make a BIG change to how you’re progressing?? YES. ... If you wait for the motivation to come before the change, you’ll be waiting a hell of a long time. Don’t wait. Take a small step of action, do it. From that small step of ACTION, motivation comes, which then pushes you into more positive action. So - what is ONE positive change / action / step YOU can make today? How will it impact your coming week? DO IT! And see what happens. Now - you might be wondering why I posted a pic of a single orange? Well - this is the only orange I got off my little tree this winter. And I picked it too early so it was a bit too sour. But - it is reminder of good things to come. And if I keep one foot moving forward, every day, next year I’ll reap more. More oranges, more progress, more busy, and more joy. Happy Friday friends!

19.01.2022 #behindthescenes So this past weekend Aaron and I spent a night in a friend’s pop top caravan. Just the two of us. ... It’s been a long minute since we’ve done anything overnight with just the two of us. It was under the guise of possibly purchasing a pop top caravan. Aaron is an avid camper Being in nature is his therapy. But I’m not a lover, for various reasons. He really wants me to come on these trips more, and so wants to invest in a pop top, so I’m more comfortable. What a guy So ... 5 minutes into our little over-nighter I was sold. But the time to disconnect, reconnect, TALK loads and even put on a face mask while I lay in the sun, was priceless. So friends - where could YOU use a bit more CONNECTION?



14.01.2022 Do you talk to your plants? I have this beautiful peace lily in my office, that I am ‘babysitting’ for my sister until she’s in her own place again. ... Every time I’m in my office, I make sure I tell it how great it is, how it’s growing wonderfully, and how much I like having it there. So - while I’m working in here today, telling my plant I love it - I wanted to send a gentle reminder to YOU. How many times do you tell yourself you’re great, you’re wonderful and that you’re getting along beautifully? If my plant can thrive with some love, imagine how much you’ll thrive with a bit more self love too! Also - I make sure this beauty gets enough water, plant food and sunlight. Along with some super self talk, make sure you’re hydrated, fed nutritiously and get yourself in some sunlight! Let yourself thrive and grow. Happy Friday

13.01.2022 #CaseStudy Do our emotions impact our physical health? Yep - they can. I had a client a couple of months ago who had had a rough 12 months. ... Their job was stressful, some family members had had serious illnesses and a close loved one had died. They’d had a workplace injury a few years ago, and it was still super painful. And their back was just consistently hurting. They felt worn out, fatigued and struggling. Through a 55min session we were able to clear and lift the emotion that was stuck in the different parts of the back. We were able to reset energy systems and release generational patterns that were contributing to heavy feelings. We were able to integrate in loads of lighter, higher vibration energy, which felt great! Through the session the client could feel ‘weights’ lift from the shoulders and neck, which then helped the back feel sooo much better. By the end, they were able to stretch and move in a way they hadn’t been able to for ages. Emotions, mindset and peace of mind were clearer, stronger and lighter. And pain had decreased significantly. 12.01.2022 Do you know someone who gets HANGRY?!? You know what I mean - they’re tired and hungry and become a ... One of my son’s was like this when he was younger. I would literally say Don’t say another word to me until you’ve eaten something, then we can talk. He would eat, calm down, and feel loads better. Then the thing that was huuuuuge minutes ago had diminished in magnitude. .......... To progress with awesome thoughts, mindset, mindfulness and all that other great stuff, we NEED to take care of our bodies. We need to nourish ourselves with healthy food and clean water so that we can function and hold attention with things that matter. Did you notice I told you I got my son to EAT before I spoke with him about the issue... ........ How fun is it to try get a kid to listen when they’re hungry or thirsty or tired??? Not so fun. We can learn a lot from kids SO - the hot tip of the day is, take care of your physiological needs BEFORE your psychological needs. What?! Yep. Taking care of your physical (food, hydration and exercise) will help so much when you’re trying to set up a great mindset, or integrating some powerful affirmations or even trying to love yourself more. So friends - go have a drink or water or a crunch of an apple and have a great afternoon!

10.01.2022 #behindthescenes Camping with the family right on the beach at a beautiful spot. Sunburn, ocean swims, surfing, and I’m halfway through a book. ... It also includes lots of dirty feet and clothes, cold showers and time and patience to set it all up and take it down again when we head home. Family time and relaxing takes work, as do most good things that reap great rewards. But the compound effect of working towards good things, is worth it. 03.01.2022 #CaseStudy So I had a client who came in feeling broken. Emotionally, mentally and even physically. Life hurt, and she felt like she had lost who she was and who she wanted to be. Her life was so busy taking care of everyone else, at the beginning of the session she wasn’t even able to tell me her favourite food, or colour, or season. It was just I don’t know...... Through the energy clearing session we were able to reset her energy systems - her meridians, her aura and strengthen her primary rhythms. We were able to clear out some unhealthy self talk habits and replace them with something far better, such as I know who I am, and I am worthy and deserving of great things. It was peaceful, powerful and wonderful to watch the transformation for her, to go from feeling so down-trodden, to back to self. Back to feeling strong, connected and happy. And she could easily tell me her favourite things before she left! Sometimes one session with me is enough, and sometimes we need several.
