22.01.2022 Something we have always taken very seriously is our memorial service on ANZAC Day. From when I was a child I have always attended the dawn service to pay my respects to those Australians and New Zealanders who served and died in all wars, conflicts and peacekeeping operations. Every year I drag the family out to our local Amberley Air Base and attend the beautiful service that they have always put on there. However this year is very different.. as we all know, COVID-19 has ...impacted this celebration hugely and there will be no dawn services at your local memorial grounds. This year, instead, we are walking to the ends of our driveways at 6am tomorrow morning with a lit candle to light up the nation in memory of those who have served and fallen My little Summer has worked very hard on her ANZAC Day wreath and she will stick this to our mailbox in the morning I ask that anyone who is not already, join us and post your photos below of your creations that you have made for your Driveway Dawn Service.
