Lateness in any shape or form will not be tolerated, as I have put on my stories the last few weeks the car park is absolutely full by 9 am so allow extra time for parking, aim to arrive 5/10 minutes early. If you are late your appointment may be shortened or cancelled with a 50% fee to pay before rescheduling. You aren’t sure what you are booked in for? (For example you are... booked in for foils but you are only wanting a toner) or you are wanting a colour change? Contact me before your appointment so I can possibly alter your appointment. 48 hrs notice or more is asked if you need to reschedule/change your appointment, please do not wait for your reminder message to be sent out if you know you can not make your booking.
