10.01.2022 Hey all, See attached SwimClub Calendar for the month of October. As part of our SwimClub membership, swimmers are invited to attend scheduled Swim Clinics. LLSS clients are also welcome to attend clinics at a cost of $15 per session or 3 for $40, with clinics scheduled all the way through to next May the real value is in the Lawrence SwimClub memberships!!... You will see two Clinics being held over the next two Friday's. First one being a Dive clinic to get the kids prepared for upcoming meets and school carnivals. The second clinic I'm super excited about is FREE!!...Laurie has organised to have the national AG team carry out their training session at Burleigh, which will commence at 4:15pm. From 3:45-4:15 we will be running a series of videos to get the kids amped up ready to watch some serious swimming unfold in our very own pool!! 02.01.2022 Last night saw 3 of our Lawrence Swim Club members attend the 2020 Qld champs as part of the Speedo Swim Star Program. These kids received the ‘invite Only’ awards which are based on enthusiasm and dedication they bring to their sport. But more than this, they each bring certain qualities that encourage and push their fellow teammates to strive to achieve more, assist in building a positive culture and all have one thing in common... a genuine love and passion for swimming!!...
