25.01.2022 LP coaching during Isolation I am exited to offer remote dressage lesson packages full of detailed information and exercises on a wide range of topics. Lockdown doesn’t mean we can’t keep training or expand our knowledge and understanding. Each topic is professionally produced and written in a very clear and structured way in a PDF with visual diagrams and photos. This will give many riders and even judges a greater insight into the training of the horse, with all the info...rmation you are likely to need in one complete package and something to refer back to at any time. Lesson packages will be emailed to your preferred address. What you will receive in each individual exercise, packages will include * What it is and any other names it may be known as. * Rule book definitions * Why you use it * Benefits to the horse * When you introduce it into your training program * How you execute it * Range of different exercises * Preparing to ride it * Hidden problems that might arise * Aids clarified * Trouble shooting * Diagrams and photos But more importantly , you the riders can practise this and then send me a video of you riding through these individual exercises and I will then reply and send you the feed back. Often during our normal 45 minute lessons there just isn’t enough time to really discuss the theory or finer details of an exercise. Great value at $30@ or $75 for 3 individual topics. PM me for the further details and full list of topics.

25.01.2022 Sponsorship Rider Team 2021 Junior Rider Beth, her mum Sandra, & myself spent many months and many long returning messages to each on the quest for a horse for Beth to fulfill her dreams of riding FEI into GP I am delighted to say we found one The most majestic big boy with an incredible temperament and beautiful education. Beth has already ticked off many small achievements with Artie in the short time she has owned him As they say........ watch this space... Introducing: Beth Rowley, 15yr. 2021 has seen the start of a new partnership as we welcomed Remi First Class (Artie) to our family. Since arriving in mid-February, Artie and I have quickly commenced competition but the joy truly lies in the training and development of our partnership. This has been made so much more enjoyable and rewarding with the support of my super coach Chris, family and wonderful friends. I look forward to continuing to work toward both our immediate and long-term goals. 23.01.2022 So this is me... from 10 weeks ago -6 weeks ago and TODAY now almost 15 kg lighter incredible transformation I’m definitely riding better, and above all else my horse really appreciates. She is working better than ever and I see even more muscle over the top line as she no longer has to carry that extra 15 kg of weight . What could be better than this . My good health present to myself. and more weight loss goals to come in 2021 -so exciting for the transformati...on to continue. My energy is better and I feel good in breeches with my shirt tucked in -if only I knew before what I know now ... but better late than never Went crazy with a C4 belt order but now I can show off my gorgeous equestrian themed belts Now with comps starting back, I can ride down the centre line with confidence and not think that everyone is looking at that fat chick on a beautiful horse. Sad that Our minds are our biggest enemy. I can fit into a gorgeous bright turquoise stretch top ( note the word right there- Stretch ) I bought from Sydney CDI a few years ago ( didn’t try it on) but it’s been too tight and looked awful so it has sat in the back of draw since then. Found more gorgeous tops in the back of the drawers ( still with the labels on ) as they were too tight and embarrassing to wear I am two clothes sizes down with more to come over the next few months Sustainable, healthy, convenient and an entire system to teach you how to get it off and keep it off long term with such easy to grab and go products all fully packed with organic nutrition and no junk or fillers or bad sugars. Almost all are gluten free, and dairy free plus a great range for vegans and food allergies. My brain has been completely rewired -no hunger pains of binges or bad food choices. After years of fad dieting , with no success , this system is not about a quick fix, this is a new lifestyle that’s so easy to adapt to. I absolutely love it. I am not alone on this journey either- a huge number of dressage riders are in with me and we have an amazing support group that keep us all motivated and encouraged Please feel free to contact me if you want IN you won’t regret it Make 2021 YOUR YEAR get started now share this with anyone wanting to change and transform their life My motto is : One Day or Day One -you decide

22.01.2022 Sponsorship Rider Team 2021 Let me introduce you to the first of my junior team. The super talented rider Bronte Kelly Hello my name is Bronte, I am 15 years old and have been sponsored by Lauriston Park Dressage for the past year. I have enjoyed the past year so much, despite the lockdowns of Covid being very challenging, the support from Christine really helped me power through my training with my pony Louis, new horse Teddy and Project Pony Link. 2021 was off... too a good start with the Victorian Youth Dressage Championships, which was such an amazing experience, and was so much fun with the LPD Young sponsored riders. I was so proud to place in nearly all my tests, and can’t wait too go back to Boneo Park again. I am so excited to keep working hard this year too get closer to my goals and am especially looking forward to continue training my small pony Link, who has never been competed, exciting times! I am so incredibly grateful too be part of the wonderful Lauriston Park Dressage sponsored riders team once again this year for 2021, it’s such an honour too be apart of a team of amazing riders and of course be under the guidance of our very inspartional coach, Christine! Can’t wait to see what 2021 brings us See more

20.01.2022 Massive congratulations to LP sponsored rider Lisa North on her success at Oxley HT the team Polo top top https://www.facebook.com/101372868067777/posts/280499650155097/

20.01.2022 Lauriston Park welcomes Jasmyn Beesley and her stunning horse London as a platinum sponsored rider. The mare was imported from Europe and her full name is Pr.M London Rose (Londontime / Don Frederico) She was purchased at the Elite Hanoverian foal auction. She was kept with her breeder until she was sent to be broken in and to be prepared for her Mare Performance Test. She was then put in foal to triple world champion Sezuan and bought home to Australia. She produced a f...illy who is now just a 3yo and has produced two more foals via embryo transfer. It’s is a privilege and such an exciting time for me to be part of this talented partnership’s journey -as well as the young Sezuan filly future and also Jasmyn other competition horses. 18.01.2022 Sponsorship Rider Team 2021 Another highly successful LP team Event rider is Lisa North I have constant discussions with Lisa telling her that Merlin is a super star FEI dressage horse, his natural ability for passage and collection is wasted out Eventing this is very true but we do love him jumping too Here’s her not-so-short’ paragraph for you LP team announcement. ... For me, like everyone, 2020 was not quite the year envisaged particularly competition wise. My hope to qualify me and Merlin for Melbourne 3DE went on the back burner but that did mean lots, and lots of time for training. We’d been working on our flying changes with Chris for some time and although Chris reassured me we would get it I was not so sure. But, no competitions to get in the way, practice and practice we did! We had some frustrations and some hairy moments but as Chris said we would, under her expert coaching, we started to get it. Still lots of work to do but I couldn’t be more thrilled with where we are at the minute with mostly calm and accurate flying changes happening when asked for. Thank you Chris! As well as working on flying changes with Merlin mid June I welcomed Jack (Buddy Jack) a 7 year old OTT TB to our team. Since retiring from racing Jack had not done a huge amount (certainly no competing) but he had all the basics there ready to go. Again, with competitions really non-existent, there was no pressure to compete and plenty of time for training which paid off. Our first EvA80 HT event this year at Gisborne and Jack was delightful. A very respectable 68% in the dressage with a clear show jumping and XC round (just a few time faults for going a bit under time) placed us 7th overall and the best performing OTT at that level across 2 classes. Good boy Jack! I’m really looking forward to the year ahead with both my boys with a renewed and healthy appetite for systematic, sympathetic, sustained training with Chris. I wish everyone a healthy, happy and productive year with your best friends.

18.01.2022 One of the LP final junior sponsorship riders profile for 2021 Is a very special and talented rider Prue , she is one of those quiet achievers, works hard behind the scenes then comes out guns blazing I am so excited to be part of her journey with her new 5yo W/Blood took some time to find this beautiful horse but definitely worth the wait ! Hi All, my name is Prudence Robinson .... I have had great success with some personal bests competing at Boneo with SL Eclipse (Alfie) my OTT TB in 2020 under the expert tuition from Chris , then covid hit sidelining everything. When we’re finally back to competition and we did our first Combined Training competition in November after which Alfie had a few problems which has ended up sidelining him from competition. We started looking for a young horse that I could bring up through the grades . We found a 5 yld WB mare called Kenlock Super Davina . She is very green but under Christine guidance I hope to get her competing this season See more

12.01.2022 Sponsorship Rider Team 2021 I love the passion and commitment Kylie Morrison has for her riding and goals she is part of the 2021 team, her words : I feel very blessed to be one of the Lauriston Park sponsored riders for 2021. I have trained with Christine Sievers for 6 years and Chris was integral in helping find my Red. I’ve progressed from a nervous level 4 rider to almost knowing which direction to ride my baby half passes! One of my highlights has been r...iding in clinics with NZ superstar coach Vanessa Way, on Chris’ recommendation. Bring on that Trans-Tasman border reopening. 2020 certainly pulled the rug out from under my level 2 competition goals but to be honest, the time training at home, without my hideous competition anxiety, has improved our bond and dressage beyond my initial goals. Red is a bit special as one of very few horses who doesn’t respond to any of the usual ulcer medications and this brings its own management issues. So where to from here ... I’ve got back out in the competition arena and I’m aiming for limited level 2 starts in the first half of the year due to full time Paramedicine studies. I’m aiming to nail that bloody warm up, remembering to breathe and enjoy my opinionated redhead. If you see me turning blue at a competition this year, say hello and remind me to breathe. A huge thankyou to Chris for the ongoing encouragement and support when it all seems a bit too far outside my skill set, my riding has improved beyond my own expectations.

11.01.2022 Sponsorship Rider Team 2021 I am absolutely delighted to announce the inclusion of Jess Morrison into the Lauriston Park 2021 sponsorship team Jess started training with me during September 2019 ; and the improvement, understanding and development of both her and her horse Alley Cat is an absolute credit to her I have been impressed with both her riding commitment, and also her mental approach with short and long term goal plans ... She has been incredibly successful in a short time. With fabulous results already this year at Boneo Park for the Victorian Youth Dressage Championships and today at the PCAV State Dressage Championships. Both these competitions showed me her desire to be the best she can be, work damn Hard and take the most constructive criticism to improve Welcome Jess , I know the other team members will be excited that it’s now official

10.01.2022 Sponsorship Rider Team 2021 Lisa Davey and I go way back as coach and student to when she was 16 years old - ...so I am delighted to continue to have her as part of Platinum group of riders -she is the Queen leader Leese is now rider fit again the birth of her beautiful baby Elle - she says I Very excited to add a horse to the team in 2021. ... Welcoming Winston into the family. I am enjoying getting him out for some exposure and continuing his training. We are hoping for some Preliminary starts later in the year. Rupert is ready to come back in and will return to the competition arena in good time, hopefully for some Novice/Elem. Winston and I are really loving the training with Christine at the moment, the attention to good basics and progression that’s suited to each horse is something I love about her coaching. Being able to exhibit the training in the EA competition arena later is the year with both my boys is the big goal. See more

08.01.2022 Sponsorship Rider Team 2021 During Covid 2020 and the small windows of opportunity we had to get out, we found Andrea Fuller her new best friend and dancing partner Introducing Felix A stunning black Furstenball gelding from NSW He is absolutely talented with fantastic paces and we are trying very hard to be a team together after 7 months especially in the competition world ... We have been convincing him it is ok to go forward and show off his talents and this is getting easier to achieve now. With your undying support and knowledge I hope to get him more consistent in our work together and then take it confidently into the competition arena something i am still a bit anxious about ! I value your support and friendship, this was especially evident in our little horse seeking road trips . I have learnt so much from you not only in riding but horse husbandry and it’s the reason we have Felix looking so well so quickly. I wear your LP shirts with pride and am always respectful of your brand when I am out in the public eye . Thank you for allowing me to be part of your LP team for the last 4 years and look forward to more if you see fit See more

05.01.2022 My Uphill Cavaletti arrived today Absolutely delighted with my set of 6. They are a fantastic vibrant colour to offset the darker arena surface and green trees bordering the arena. They are super light to pick up ( see the pic with me carrying one in one hand and phone camera in the other) and very easy to roll or adjust the heights. I have set them up to introduce GG to them with 3 at walk distance and 3 at trot on a slight curve so I can work out her natural distance between them. Looking forward to some fun cross training days and coaching opportunities. Thank you so much to Clarissa Bentley Bell for fabulous service and ongoing communication to create my personal set

03.01.2022 Fantastic news! We are now back in the business of coaching both outdoors and NOW Indoors too. I am back coaching at my three regular indoor arenas: Lauralea Indoor ( outskirts of Bendigo) on Thursdays and Jardin Parc Indoor on Friday’s and Gornong -Bendigo Equestrain Centre Indoor on Wednesday’s I am now available at home on Saturdays for lessons -something that I haven’t done for years but these recent changes in our lifestyles have given me time to reflect on many aspects of my life. So delighted with my sponsorship young riders Abbey Martin, Beth Rowely, and Bronte Kelly and their ability to stay focused and committed to their dressage dreams during the lock down and social distancing rules !!

02.01.2022 Hi Ho Hi Ho It’s off to Work I go My first coaching day off the property since March And my first day at Lauralea Indoor, Lockwood. We were all set to go ahead here just before the lockdown. It’s a beautiful indoor and the facilities are all set up for a full day/night of coaching. Gloves at all gate ways plus sanitizer everywhere and wipes and plenty of room to maintain social distancing. Looking forward to regular Thursdays here

01.01.2022 Sponsorship Rider Team 2021 Gosh the years fly by, I still vividly remember young Abbey Martin having so much success on our wonder pony Syd and now she is 18yo with the world at her feet This is Abbey’s 2021 intro : I am very privileged to be recognised as one of Team Lauriston’s platinum riders again in 2021. Marco and I have been together for 14 months but sadly due to COVID-19 last year we were not able to compete as much as we would have liked and I com...pleted my Year 12 studies , however the time off from the competition ring has allowed me to focus on training and develop my partnership with Marco. To continue to develop our training into FEI small tour in 2021 with Chris is very exciting and also to get out to a few more competitions. I also plan to join the young rider squad again in the middle of the year in the new intake Super excited for what 2021 will bring. See more

01.01.2022 Sponsorship Rider Team 2021 Natalie has been a sponsored rider for several years now and is also a LP platinum rider who gives so much support & enthusiasm to the whole team - I am absolutely thrilled she has her new pony to show you all. It’s a match made in heaven Nat says : 2021 feels like it is going to be a truly exciting and rewarding year and I am delighted to have my gorgeous Deejay China Doll to start the year with. China is a 6yr old Welsh Cob x WB ma...re bred by Skye Park Rugs and started under saddle with Louise Maguire (a long-time friend of Christine’s). I can’t say how lovely it is to have a horse like China, she is a true sweetheart and I am enjoying her honest, gentle nature and how very safe she feels for me to learn on. I feel incredibly fortunate to have such a beautiful horse and to once again have the support, the encouragement and guidance of Christine. Our weekly lessons are something I look forward to very much, my understanding is slowly building and I absolutely love that feeling of accomplishment and excitement that we come away with after every lesson! Between China and the incredible knowledge of Christine my motivation to work hard and the desire to ride well continues to grow. Over the last few months I have focused on getting my health and fitness as well as my mindset in the best place possible and I am looking forward to reaching both my personal and riding goals this year. I continue to take what I learn with Christine and apply it to my work with Arlo, (Andalusian X). The opportunities and possibilities this year feel endless!! My goal is to begin competing HRCAV Dressage with China as soon as we are able (starting with Level 4) and by the end of the year I would like to be competently competing at Level 3 and producing tests I am really proud of. An absolute highlight for me would be attending an EA event with Christine (and hopefully some other LP team members) at Boneo when we are ready and a future goal is attending a weekend Dressage Clinic. A sincere thank you to Christine, I couldn’t ask for a more generous and hard working coach and I am so grateful. Onwards and upwards for my precious China and I. See more
