Asana is a steady, comfortable posture which brings us to our centre, our space, our true nature. In early 2020, I’ve tapped into the world of yoga,and I’ve been lucky to learn from wise and inspiring individuals. Having the chance to share those lessons and experiences with my students fills me up with joy. Everyone could use more yoga in their lives. Becoming aware of how our body feels and how we need to move it in order to honour our vessel. In this landscape we can connect in deeper by grounding our feet into the sand. Allowing ourselves to be still, to hear the waves of the ocean. Taking a deep breathe here and coming back home ... P.S Can anyone guess where the location of this beach is?

05.01.2022 We are delighted to welcome another beautiful teacher to the Lavana community Originally from NY, Nataraj Chaitanya has been guiding seekers in posture, breath, mantra, and meditation for over 15 years Nataraj began yoga at the age of thirteen. Since then he has been studying and practicing yoga and meditation. In 2009, he began directing Hatha yoga and meditation teacher training programs and retreats worldwide ... He has inspired many people to begin a spiritual practice. His love of the path is evident in the enthusiastic way he leads his classes He will be joining us each week, with his first class on the 26th of December! Wednesday’s 9:30am Saturday’s 8:30am
05.01.2022 Hello Lavana community! We have a new & unique class coming to you as of tomorrow- Breathe, Move, Meditate ... Friday’s 11am with Lisa @lisacarlylemeditation ‘The gift of stillness. This class provides the opportunity to spend dedicated time exploring the other limbs of yoga and the intimate relationship between the breath and the mind. The class will firstly prepare the body and nervous system with some grounding and gentle movements leading into a guided savasana. We then take a seated position to learn a specific pranayama (breathing) technique each class, leading us into our meditation technique We practice refining our concentration, to lead as into deeper states of relaxation and a deeper sense of self’
