10.01.2022 Western Red Cedar - Soffit Lining 100 square meters of existing soffit lining was demolished and the existing frame structure was prepped for the new Western Red Cedar lining boards. Over 100 additional rafters were required to suit the spans for the cedar.... Every single rafter was then prepped and planed perfectly level which assisted with easy and correct installation of the new cedar boards. 08.01.2022 Anglicare Aged Care Facility, Oran Park, NSW We've recently completed over 5000 lineal meters of Stratco Ezi-Slat screening on this wonderful project for PBS. ... Excavation, plus core drilling 52mpa concrete filled block walls with reinforcement bars every vertical and horizontal section, proved quite the scope to navigate through. The team had everything perfected to the millimeter and the results speak for themselves. Our work didnt stop there! We completed: - 8 Ezi-Slat gates to suit the electronic pass systems throughout the facility. - 316 grade stainless steel training wires to the pergolas to act as a trellis system for vine growing plants. - 6 concrete slabs to reinforce the locations of fire hydrants. - Palisade fencing to the front boundary. - Over 300 lineal meters of internal finishing to the handrails to suit the age care facility needs of durability, health and environmental requirements.
