15.01.2022 Use your finger or the spatula provided to smear a teensy tiny smudge of Lavilin Underarm Deodorant Cream. Remember, LESS is more. Spread gently in the centre of each underarm. It should be such a tiny amount that it goes transparent in seconds. If it is still thick and white then it’s too much. If you have a sample sachet, cut down the sides and open out like a butterfly and peg closed for next time. Each small blob is enough for *at least* 5 applications for both arms. Now ...to see how long you last Re-apply Lavilin only when odour reappears. If you start to get body odour, just apply Lavilin (even without a shower in an emergency) and it will murder the smell. Ongoing application should ideally be after an evening shower for greatest effectiveness. The body temperature is lower and the sweating is less, having more of a chance to work on those BO-bacteria. People last anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. How long can you go?
