25.01.2022 How many times each week do you stretch?

24.01.2022 It’s Term 2 so we will be working hard on our production dances with our students. Students will be learning positions they need to stand on, challenged to remember their choreography and be getting really excited to be performing in our yearly production. Term 2 is always the term we see lots of special friendships grow even more as they work as a team.

07.01.2022 We encourage our students to only try to be better than the dancer they were yesterday. There is no comparison between dancers and no pressure to move at a certain pace. Our students are supported at their own pace as we track their progress and assist them in reaching their specific dance goals.
