20.01.2022 Google has been ordered to unmask an anonymous Google reviewer by the Federal Court, potentially paving way to defamation proceedings. It would be interesting to see how anonymous individuals hiding beind fake Google accounts and those who know how to cover their tracks would be caught though.

18.01.2022 We are calling for witnesses to a motor vehicle accident that occurred on 21 May 2020 at the T-Junction in between Glenfield Street and Algester Road, Parkinson at approximately 3:05pm. The accident involved a Black Mazda CX-7 and a blue Toyota Camry. Anyone who witnessed the accident or have information regarding the accident, please contact us directly. Thank you!

16.01.2022 The legal system has always been traditionally slow to adapt to social changes and norms, often taking a reactive approach instead of a proactive approach. Take for example the NSW Department of Communities and Justices approach. It released a statement yesterday advising that anyone has had close contact with someone diagnosed with or suspected or confirmed as having coronavirus in the last 14 days to stay away from the Courts or Tribunal. The medical evidence suggests ...that coronavirus can be spread before anyone has any symptoms. The measures put in place dont go far enough to safeguard and protect the community. Essentially, were all sitting on a time bomb. All it takes is for one person to bring the system to its knees. In light of the corona virus, one wonders if and when the courthouses would eventually close to avoid lawyers and their clients being jam-packed into courthouses like sardines. Would it be possible to have appearances by video link for lawyers just like they do for those locked up in correctional centres? #CriminalLaw #TrafficLaw #PersonalInjuryLaw
