18.01.2022 Please watch this news story Are you willing to transact on PEXA knowing cybercrime will not be insured!

15.01.2022 Of course it’s a failure, we all could’ve told them that.

15.01.2022 Here are the important points as to why the mandate needs to be pushed back! The change.org link is for Victoria but if they are successful, it may help us. Please support us by voicing your concerns to the AIC and The Law Society and by keeping notes of the day to day issues you face with eConveyancing.

14.01.2022 Finally someone is listening!! So many conflicts of interests. The government wants to profit from selling a company that they own in a monopoly market that they are mandating. So.... they are forcing you to transact electronically because that will make their company more valuable.

13.01.2022 We are looking for a Conveyancer/Conveyancing Assistant to join out team. Interested applicants should email their resume to [email protected] & will be treated in the strictest confidence.

12.01.2022 Please sign this petition. This will help the public have a choice in how they transfer property!

08.01.2022 This is what we are fighting against.

04.01.2022 And this is only 1 of the many frauds. PEXA and the government who are pushing you to use your computer more have a lot to answer for... oh hang on.. they don’t have to because PEXA force the solicitor or conveyancer to take on all the risk!! Not good enough!! Support the No Mandate stance.

03.01.2022 The governments mandate of eConveyancing will destroy the business that I have worked so hard for over the last 10 years. It’s frustrating that the general public have no idea what is happening, and unless you are in this industry, probably don’t really care. That’s fair enough, but for me, It’s time to stand up to the banks and the government. The industry wants a choice! They should be able to choose how they transact and transfer property in NSW. Cyber security is a major problem, yet the government are bringing in a system that transfers cleared funds, hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars, into account numbers that are not even checked! PEXA is not ready, the legal industry is not ready. The government need to start listening.

01.01.2022 So sick of seeing things like this on my news feed.... Guess what!? I also hear about all the PEXA delays as well!! Plus there are PEXA matters that actually delay paper settlements! Stop with the random figures and stories of how great eConveyancing is!!
