25.01.2022 Giving 100% at training everyday can be difficult and we are hoping that our newest motivation quote and question of the month will help to remind you that every training is important and you should always have goal for each session. No matter how small or big, walking away with a sense of accomplishment after each session helps keep the motivation high! November. Quote "What doesn't challenge you, doesn't change you"... Question "What is your goal/s for this training session?" These will be a fixture of the Whiteboard at the back of the gym to help remind to always train with purpose and remember that gymnastics is one of the hardest sports in the world so when things get tough, you have two choices, keep going or keep going :)

Everyone has done their homework and followed all the new procedures so very well. Thank you gymnasts and parents for your support of these processes to keep everyone safe. It was wonderful to see everyone’s smiling but nervous faces back at the gym and the coaches excitement was equal to the g...ymnasts. Let’s hope there is not too many sore muscles as a result and our online training programs have helped in this regard. It is the boys turn today! The excitement continues Just a reminder our once a week program commence from after the upcoming school holidays and information will be sent in a few weeks’ time.
