The Role: Assist management with daily production, labour scheduling and operational needs along with staff coordination through our highly regarded management system. Arrange and record staff toolbox meetings and team leadership meetings. Possess sound literature and computer skills along with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Perform job estimations. Confident in learning our management software, processes and procedures. Possess sound technical problem-solving skills and utilise as required. Work closely and report to upper management on a regular basis. The Person: Skilled or sound knowledge in steel fabrication, machining and mechanical equipment. Be highly motivated, have a strong work ethic with a core focus on customer satisfaction. The ability to demonstrate a management role coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills will be considered highly desirable. Possess the willingness for contributing continued growth of the company. Possess the ability to maintain key relationships with our existing customer base ensuring client satisfaction.
